服務太度不好，按金延期了24小時還沒退，一些房間客廳安裝了監控，不合規。房東甚至可以隨意進出你預訂的房間，體驗很不好。

入住這家酒店感到驚喜，老闆熱情周到，房間極為寬敞，打掃整理的乾淨衞生，而且新裝修，風格時尚美觀，得到了家人的喜歡，留下了非常不錯的入住體驗！

1，隔音不好，而且還特別早就開始做衞生，更本睡不着。
2，我訂的帶麻將機的房間，打麻將還要另外收費，而且收費很高（我以為成都都是這個價格，結果第二天去一個自助棋牌室才58一下午，我訂的這個房間打麻將四小時收費一百，關鍵自助棋牌室也是單獨的房間，裏面還有免費茶零食啥的，酒店啥也沒有還貴。）
3，這是最嚇人的，我在睡覺老闆突然拿門卡把我房間打開，還好我把門鏈釦上的，他伸個頭往裡麪看，真的嚇死了，根本不敢睡了，還好當時沒有在洗澡啥的，直到退房老闆都沒有一句道歉。

本身在很早就定了酒店，到了後正常地登記辦理入住，給我了一個鑰匙，喊我上五樓，到這裏還一切正常。但是接下來的操作真的讓人終身難忘:到了五樓電梯門一開居然沒有過道，直接就是一個客廳，當時就蒙了，再看了看五樓的房間的設施，這哪裡是酒店，分明就是一個居家房。 本身還以為免費給我升級房間了，結果突然發現這裡邊還有鞋子，喝過的牛奶盒，當時就暈了，於是給前台打電話，給我説這是老闆臨時專門騰出來的房間，五樓還有一個人和你們一起住，我當時就真是又好氣又好笑，***這個P房間和我訂的相差十萬八千里，而且還有陌生人和我一起住？真是無語到極點了，然後老闆給我接電話，我一看房間和照片上顯示的根本不一樣很自然地想要退錢，老闆一開始居然會根本不願意，居然先問我哪裡人，我訂這個房間，圖片和實物嚴重不符和我是哪裡人有個鎚子關係，你這是想看我是本地人還是來旅遊的是嗎？看好不好糊弄是嗎？沒房間了不但不打電話通知，就連辦理入住的時候都不告知一聲，等上去看房了給我説這是臨時騰出來的客廳，還有陌生人和你一起住，打電話喊解決問題還問我是哪裡人，簡直讓人鬼火冒！！！雖然最後給我退錢了，但是這一系列流程真的讓人超級無語！！！
不僅耽擱了時間，當晚還要臨時倉促地定另外的酒店，這麼多次住酒店這種沒房間了不告知，想退錢還不爽快的情況真的還是第一次見！
給了這些真實評價，沒有半點假話。

首先，酒店的裝修確實很好，我頭一回住智能酒店，感覺很好玩兒，可以這次是有事，臨時住了一晚，也沒能好好感受一下，哈哈哈哈哈哈；
其次，老闆確實很熱情，會祝我好運，我説有蚊子還特意多拿一個電驅蚊的，怕影響到我休息，也祝老闆健康長壽，生意興隆喔~

總體相當不錯，150這房子血賺，宣傳上的照片真的是實景,我23年3月底入住房子很新看起來剛裝修完
最大賣點全屋智能，躺床上叫小度語音就能控制所有的燈開關（屋子裡燈的種類是真的多）還有空調暖風甚至垃圾桶都能語音控制
衞生狀況是相當的好，看得出來是剛裝修完沒多久的，被單床單枕頭浴巾都是新的，而且不是別的酒店那種消毒水味道，薰衣草的洗衣液味，乾乾淨淨
然後是
而且裝修風格也是相當現代，浴室很高級，洗澡的可以調好種個出水方式的擋位，排水的也不是傳統的圓口，是個條形的排水道（不積水，看起來是真的高級）馬桶沖水方式也很炫酷
地理位置 稍微離地鐵口遠點但是有共享單車沒啥大問題，關鍵是這房子背後就是那種很安靜的老小區！！！環境很靜謐，配上超大的窗子旅遊完回去歇歇真的很舒服
而且老闆人超好，祝老闆早日成網紅店

非常智能，環境很好，衞生也很不錯，乾淨整潔，物美價廉，WIFI很快，熱水很熱，中央空調很暖和，還有小愛同學，垃圾桶也是智能的，感應到就自動打開，過一會兒就自動關閉，住得很舒適，滿意。
