Me with my family visited sheraton hotel a week ago and were very pleased with Shirly hospitality. Given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. And we received complimentary fruit. My sister was very pleased with the room's interior design and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted. It was pure joy to stay at the Dorsett Chengdu. The hotel is situated very conveniently next to the metro entrance and it is one of the main lines in Chengdu. I could easily travel to the main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lavender pillow that I requested did not smell like lavender at all, but it was a nice touch to my stay there. The bath is really small and I think they could have utilized the space in the bathroom better. I could not straighten my legs in the bathtub. The room was spacious and spotless. I will definitely stay at the Dorsett again when I visit Chengdu in future!

Location is superb! We like to stay at this hotel is located about 200-300 meter(walking distance) away from the MRT station. The bus station is located right infront of the hotel, can take public bus no.335 to reach one of the attractions named 锦鲤(Jing Li). The food street, pharmacy, mini store are also located about 200-300metre away, and mostly are delicious! Their customer service is friendly and helpful! We can communicate well with the customer service as we can speak mandarin. Hotel room amenities are basic, provide what I need. Recommended to stay at this hotel if you are foreigner as not every hotel can accept foreigner.

My request for a non-smoking adjacent rooms was accommodated. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the daily complementary of fruits. The check-in and check-out process was very efficient. Attending reception staff's English language was clear. The location is strategic to most tourist spots. We saw an interesting local food in one of the spots but was not able to try the food. We were so glad to enjoy it in the hotel's dining area. They had a great selection for vegetarians. Definitely recommending this hotel!

hotel might look aging building from the outside, but room was refurbished and in good condition. located at a not very busy street. walking distance to mrt. Friendly reception and also cleaner, they greet and smile at us every time.

Friendly personal that helps you with everything. I am a foreigner and dont know a lot how to buy tickets for a show or how to use this app. They take your time to help you. Also their rooms and everything is clean. I really like staying there and even booked for another day. It's close to a beautiful park (where all the cool grandmas and grandpas dance) snd close to a commercial center. It also wont take long to get to Junli or to Chunxi

The tea equipment that they prepare enable us to try their local tea is great. The tea session let us relax after our long day. Hotel is clean and quite yet comfortable. We do arrive very late at midnight and the door is locked but we are able to check in successfully after they saw us and let us in immediately. In a way I feel like they locking the door also making us feel save when staying in their hotel after midnight.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Luomashi Station of Metro Line 4 and Line 1. Line 18 is under construction. It is convenient to travel. Nearby businesses include R&F Plaza, Wal-Mart Supermarket, and the catering service is relatively mature. Lichun Xilu, Taikoo Li, Wenshu Monastery and other internet celebrity attractions are not far away. The hotel is very similar to a teahouse, with an antique flavour. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with tea tables, tea sets and incense burners that taste good, wet and dry separation, toilets and showers. The room is completely isolated, with automatic light-controlled curtains, warm and cold air, windows facing the street, good ventilation, complete and relatively new facilities, complete types of bedding and comfortable beds. Compared with many surrounding hotels, this room is very cost-effective and is also recommended by friends.
