I came to Chengde on November 1st and chose Tianbao Hotel. My family was very satisfied. First of all, the lobby is bright and the staff warmly received us. The first thing I pay attention to when staying in a hotel is hygiene. I was really satisfied when I entered the room. Not only did I feel reassured about the hygiene, but the facilities were also comprehensive. The scenery outside the window of the triple room we booked during the term was amazing. It was a pity that the other standard room could not enjoy such a beautiful scenery. The breakfast the next day seemed to be cold because it was located on the first floor near the lobby. But the variety is rich and the taste is good. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay this time! I will choose here again next time I come to Chengde.

We were looking for a nice place to relax, spend some family time together away from a city and we found it here. The rooms are nicely decorated. The Chinese food - in particular the cold noodles for lunch and the different barbeque offered for dinner was very tasty. The service was excellent and the staff was always concerned about our needs - they even provided some coffee and toast early, early in the morning long before breakfast, as we had to leave early. We hope to come back again.

I recommended N more relatives and friends to Chengde to live here, but this time I feel that I should not live again. The hotel is no longer brand new. It is understandable that the corridor carpet and elevator floor have been replaced. It can be seen that there is maintenance paid, but why can't the hardware facilities in the room be repaired? The bathtub was removed before. It doesn't matter that most people don't use it. This time, even the overhead shower was removed. The small shower left can't adjust the upper and lower positions, the water is stretched and the teeth are danced, and the result of wanting to take photos is not too late. The pillows of the two beds are different. The two pillows of one bed add up to the thickness of a pillow in another house, and there is not much down. Besides the service, the little brother who checked in could do the procedures and never said a word. The young lady who left the store received the room card and used a look. If you want the parking ticket, you will directly give me the pen and say ”write the license plate number”. The parking lot uncle let you honk the horn and urge you to ignore it. I just looked down and saw enough mobile phones to reach out to collect coupons. In short, I used to drive tens of minutes more to and from the city for the sake of the hotel, and I can save it in the future.

It's the first time to come to Chengde, super praise! The hotel is very new and very clean. Every room is smart in the whole house. The restaurant is also delicious, with many specialties. The design of the entire hotel is antique and integrated with the surrounding scenic spots. You can see the Little Potala Palace and Bangchui Mountain on the rooftop upstairs. Sitting in the sky and blowing the breeze, watching the scenery is very comfortable!
