Xi'an Hotel (Chaozhou Bus Terminal Ancient City Branch) Reviews

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was really bad (you are better off having breast outside). The location isn't so great either because it wasn't within walking distance to anywhere worthwhile and there wasn't much around the hotel (except for various local eateries). The check-in was straight forward even with my limited Chinese vocabulary. There was a window in the bedroom so that was nice. The TV worked and allowed for watching local channels. New releases and movie rental was also available at additional cost.

Walkable distance (15 to 20 mins) to 牌坊街 so if you want to explore the local neighbourhood it is recommended. Price is ok.

Good location with bus station right at the door step@ abeit on the other side of hotel. Hotel is clean and modern with catch phrases around the room to light up your days. The service staff is polite and answer to all questions asked. Just like the other hotel near by there are eateries around the hotel and at each corners and they open till late night. It is also near Teochew West lake, and about 30 mins walk away from Teochew Old Town where all the attraction located. We booked with breakfast and it is delicious with some nice local Teochew cuisine, and to me you can coupled with your hotel booking or purchase for one of the day you stay.

The check in by staff too slow n not professional. When check as foreigner they had to do manually input info . Halfway she said asked me to wait n to serve local clients instead . I got angry n told me it should be in proper qué way. They claimed foreigner passport too complicated to fill up if they are new staff but the experience staff should come n help . The check in was totally too long even later it was finished in 15 mins. Local clients with children forcing them to do their first but staff should uphold priority come first for who come first.

Clean rooms and located in a convenient location. Nearby the commerical street.

Room clean and spacious, not very good breakfast and no coffee. Convenient location for taking Didi, but a little but far from historical attractions

In a great location, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, not a lot of options and some of the food was lukewarm to cold. Also, no regular coffee available which was disappointing. Otherwise, a nice enough hotel, that was clean and again had friendly and efficient staff.

Better one and good staff

The hotel is clean and well ventilated. The front desk service is very considerate. It is good to help with the room upgrade when checking in. The hotel also has free parking. It is very convenient to go anywhere in the city center. There are also many takeaways.

They always patiently answer my questions and take the initiative to provide me with travel advice and local food recommendations. This thoughtful service makes me feel like I'm back home. Secondly, the timeliness of room service. Whether it's changing sheets or replenishing toiletries, as long as I call the room service, they always arrive in the shortest time, which makes me feel very convenient. Finally, the overall design style is green and environmentally friendly, the room is spacious and bright, and there are music equipment in the bathroom. The check-in experience is very good. The hotel is in the city center and there is free parking🅿️

The color combination of Tiffany is very good. It is worth recommending. It is a comfortable stay. The sky garden on the third floor is very beautiful. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The casserole porridge and raw noodles are also very good.

The service is good. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room type for me. The service attitude is very good. The room is large and clean. The bathroom also has music that plays automatically. It is close to the ancient city and very convenient.

There are really too many complaints. I will write down a few of the most influential ones. The room is close to the road. I didn't sleep much all night. It was too noisy. The voice of the traffic light reminding pedestrians to cross the road, and the manhole cover on the road is loose, and the sound of cars running over it. The air conditioner is also ridiculously loud. Let's talk about the complaints inside the room that affect sleep. The intelligence is really a mess. There is no choice. The two spotlights above the head are facing the face of the bed and cannot be adjusted and turned off separately. The shower head is scary. Once it is turned on, the intelligent music will automatically turn on. That music is really scary and terrifying. The automatic light in the bathroom is too bright at night. It automatically lights up when you go to the bathroom, which really affects sleep. In short, it is a very bad experience. This is the first time I give a bad review, but I like Chaozhou's food very much. Chaozhou is very good. I will come again next time.
