房子一般般。房價不算**高，當地房價旅遊旺季都上漲非常恐怖~，作為剛接手的酒店，酒店裝潢，設施有待提高，業務水平也有待提高，酒店工作人員服務態度還算可以。周邊有一個24h營業的超市老闆人很好，還有早餐店，總的來説住宿體驗一般般。
