Nice room, but they put my backpack in the storeroom where it soaked up water from the floor and made the clothes inside wet.

房間很乾凈，前台的服務也超級棒的，在有房源的情況下讓我們提前入住了，還送了伴手禮。有什麼問題都能及時解答。酒店位置也很好，距離古城不遠，方便出行。

第一次住全季，有誠品的腳印，記得10年前在台灣誠品住過，看到這次的全季有種熟悉感覺。想不到快捷酒店也開始注重軟文化👍，房間很新，整體都挺好的，唯一不足的就是枕頭太高了，搞得一晚沒睡好，酒店的靈魂就是在於床上用品，如這個沒有做好就很難有復購的機會～個人意見。

服务：非常主動，有禮貌，特別是停車場🅿️叔叔，因停車場車位少，非常有耐性的幫助客人
總結：酒店位置離古城非常近，附近也有非常地道牛肉火鍋和美食，非常方便

出行旅遊第一站潮州，體驗感非常好，酒店很新，地理位置也很方便，周邊也有老小吃，停車服務很到位，客房配套很舒服，智能馬桶使用感很好！

房間很乾凈，工作人員態度好，每天進出打招呼，主送送進電梯。住的是靠內側的房間，晚上睡覺很安靜。早餐很豐盛，粿條和豬腳很好吃。周圍是老居民區，超市，白粥，砂鍋粥，牛肉火鍋，涼茶全部都有。

房間環境還不錯的，香氛氣味也很舒適，很好聞。可是服務差了一點點。下午三點多去辦登記入住，可是房間還未準備好。前台説要四點才可以取房間。結果四點多才成功辦理入住，浪費了一點點時間。而且一同訂了2個房間，在下單後已馬上跟客服備註希望安排同層房間，方便照顧父母。結果到酒店後説安排不了，還要隔得比較遠的樓層，最後讓我們要跑上跑落了。
