乾淨衞生，對面是江邊，可以直接走到廣濟橋東門，大概2公里，2房一廳，一衞浴，提供的都是一次性用品，這個不錯，有一個小陽台，有洗衣機，晾衣服不錯，全程自助入住，很方便，樓下就是停車位，還是免費的，這個必要點贊，超方便，就是吃早走遠點。

實話説，一開始是有點嫌棄的。沒有馬桶坐便，還需要爬樓梯。但住進去以後就覺得很香了，一是入住快捷、停車方便且免費；二是房間很乾凈、床墊超～級舒服；三是位置很方便，無論是左轉去廣濟橋和古城，還是右轉去臨江酒店吃早點，都很方便，注：臨江酒店的點心是我吃過最好吃的，沒有之一。而且旁邊的餐館都是當地人常去的，正宗且有性價比，魚生值得一試；四是遛狗真的方便，過馬路對面的韓江綠道，無論白天晚上都很舒服；五是老闆人很好，雖然未見其人，但回覆和解決問題很快，態度也是温和有禮。住的時候剛好趕上潮州半程馬拉松，從樓下經過。總之，是非常舒適的入住體驗！已經計劃下次帶爸爸媽媽一起來，還住這裏！潮州是個好地方，潮州人也很好！

離廣濟橋也近離古城也近，每個房間都有空調，客廳也有，超大的投影儀，躺在榻榻米上真的好愜意，夜景也好看吃完飯還能沿着江邊散散步，廣濟橋每個角度都能看到，公寓強烈推薦👍👍

停車方便，樓下很多停車位！一線江景風景絕佳！
房間很乾凈，入住很方便！唯一缺點就是沒電梯，我們住的四樓，搬行李有點費勁…

距離廣濟橋東橋段不遠，出行方便，停車位充足，性價比較高。不足是淋浴頭漏水且水量很小，希望要及時檢查更新屋裡的設施。

房間衞生很好，佈局如圖片很有情調，中間淋浴噴頭出了點小故障，房東響應急時，立刻給換了。
性價比很高，入住流程簡單方便，全流程網上操作，可以對年齡大的人不太友好

這次一家四口自駕出行選擇了民宿，十分滿意，入住便捷，停車方便，房間以及床品乾淨衞生，我們選擇的户型是露營房，孩子們很滿意，感覺氛圍感滿滿，公寓離廣濟橋也遠，我們第一天到達入住後步行前往覓食，房東介紹的牛肉館超實惠，牛肉新鮮，分量也足，吃完後剛好可以看廣濟橋的燈光秀，值得一看！另外房東十分nice！很滿意的一次旅行！
