A relaxing getaway! Lily was very attentive and helpful. Sandy, the barista, was also very sweet :) The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though. There were clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The interior hot springs didn't work. There was no bubbles or other springs at the interior pools.
Fortunately the outside from the spa was very nice.
The room's floor was sinking when you walk.

衞生：
1.自助早餐馬蹄是壞的，找服務員反饋，僅笑笑，沒有任何反饋。
2.剛入住，衞生間馬桶旁有積水。
設施：設施老舊，吹風機損壞，無法正常使用。電視不可以投屏。
服務：服務不專業。可入住時間12點，12點40到達前台辦理入住，被告知房間未打掃，需要等候至少1小時。和母親在大廳休息，因為午餐時間，吃了自己從盒馬買的食物。被大堂經理（男士）告知：不能在大廳食用外賣，影響他們酒店形象，帶來不好的影響。
首先：我在入住時間辦理，被告知打掃阿姨去吃飯，讓我們等候。（也沒有告訴我們應該在那裡等候，衹能在大廳沙發等待）
其次：既然是午餐時間，阿姨都去吃飯了，我們卻不能用餐？並且我們食用的不是外賣，而是自己帶的食物。
最後：大堂經理沒有了解清楚，上來就做訓斥我們。很不專業，入住初體驗很差。
總之，不推薦大家去入住。個人也不會再去。

太差了。到了後，有兩個服務生，如木樁一般；登記，前台一直電話，催促後才把房卡給我，告訴我一會還有人去查房？直接冒火，下午兩點半才登記入住，還要去查房？然後取消去查房；上電梯，七拐八彎，走了估計有兩三百米才到房間，全程見不到人；房間如快捷酒店，這是星級酒店嗎？衞生間小的可憐，陽台藤椅是壞的，房間臟兮兮的，如下圖。騎車和射箭沒找到地方，沒任何人告知在哪消費；清早，服務員在門口大喊大叫，車子推過來推過去，這是豪華酒店？還不如快捷，比起國際飯店，差太遠了；早上出發，下雨，門口傘都沒有一個，太差太差了，簡直就是個坑，雖然我是本地人，到我也得要吐槽，大家有條件儘量別住這，住國際飯店，也就500左右，車程十五分鐘左右

房間很大，也挺乾淨的。陽光很好，打開陽台迎着太陽，在山谷間，很舒服，鳥語花香半山腰。温泉就在酒店步行5分鐘的地方，也可以在酒店門口有接駁車，2分鐘就能到達，40個不同的湯池，總有一款適合你，紅酒池香噴噴的，葯泉也好贊。酒店內部也有各種小童遊樂項目，滑滑梯，露天鞦韆等等一應俱全，打卡還能獲得小禮物，值得一去再去，性價比很高，即使春節期間也避開了人從眾，泡完湯泉回房間還驚喜的發現了酒店贈送的水果，很驚喜。
