This is a great resort! Nice staff, great rooms, nice pools. The food was excellent! The only thing we noticed were the ants. Many ants, and also in our room.

The place was lovely. Most guests purchase some sort of all-inclusive package for the family and don’t leave the property for anything. That is too bad since there is too much nearby. The hotel was lovely but our air conditioning failed the last night and no one had expertise to fix it. So that was very unpleasant.

Beautiful resort, unfortunately nothing we wanted. According to hotels website it was close to old port. That was not the case. It was 18 miles away!! If you are a family with children wonderful, but not for us.

The hotel is nice but to may noise from children and the keep housing, everyday I jumped the bed due the high noise in the corridors from children and the guys responsible to the clenan. Is a good place if you have children, not good to rest and relax

Enjoyed our stay at Atlantica Creta Paradise in Chania. Especially the hospitality of all the staff. The front office team of Dimitris, Nikos & Olga were super attentive and helpful.

The structure is wonderful, the rooms are acceptable, the restaurants are at the top, perhaps the only drawback is the beach.
