This time I was quite disappointed in the hotel. It looked okay from the outside. I almost fainted when I got to the room. The toilet cover had unknown water stains. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed. The room was very small and the carpet was very dirty. All the facilities were old and dirty. The bed The quality is not bad, otherwise I really have to check out and leave on the spot...

衝著維也納連鎖酒店的名號，帶着孩子過來住的，1 ：衞生不是很乾凈，屋裡到處都是接的電線頭；2 ：距離馬路很近，窗户是鋁合金的，也沒有紗窗，一點也不不隔音，環境很吵，根本休息不好；3: 定的套間，根本就不是套間，就是一個房間，放了倆個沙發;4:聯繫前台給換個房間，裏面到處飛的蟲子🐞，下水道就在床頭位置，嘩啦嘩啦的；5:酒店設施挺老舊的，根本不符合這個價位；6:最後沒辦法衹能帶着孩子當晚就搬走了，根本沒呆多久前台剛開始説按鐘點房收198，後來又説入住不給退錢，三百多塊錢打水漂了，太坑了，服務也不好，體驗感簡直太差了

酒店環境很不錯，衞生乾淨，辦理入住很快，前台小姐姐也特別好，每次來常州都住在這家酒店，
房間佈局非常温馨，整體設計風格非常棒，安靜舒適，性價比很高，客房服務人員熱情有禮貌，基本上是有求必應，這點非常非常好。
