Very clean and excellent service delivery (In English ☺️) and very friendly staff . The area is quiet and could be perfect for anyone who would love to be in a quiet space to rewind and also not far from malls, clubs , train station and other things. Breakfast was great. The rooms got both bath tubs and showers. It was great to just chill and soak in after my long trip there. I 100% recommend this hotel should you wish to Travel to Changzhou. Thank you 😊

前台接待非常熱情，住宿環境業非常非常棒，房間住起來也非常安靜。下次還是會入住這個酒店。

不知道都怎麼刷出來的好評，因為喜歡出去玩又經常出差，已經很久沒有酒店讓我覺得這麼事兒了！
第一，checkin的時候不能用付款寶認證的身份證照片，一定要原件，如果這點是全國通用的規定ok。
第二，先交300按金，交的時候説checkout十分鐘返回，等我退房的時候説下午三點前？？先不説這多少年住過多少4.5星賓館都不要按金，就這個多久退都沒有定論。
第三，外賣不讓送上樓，服務員也不送，還得我下來拿？？？這是5星的服務標準？？
第四，早餐很一般，跟同是五星的富力萬達完全沒法比。
第五，電視遙控器一定要先摁右面電源鍵把電視關了，再摁左面把盒子開了，再摁右面把電視開開才行…還得研究半天電視，真是醉了…
第六，環境很一般，還不如維也納，這個五星咋來的？
住了這麼多四五星，這家真是最讓人想噴的。
