第一個，酒店前台（某麗亭）的服務態度非常差，晚上10點到的，她告訴我酒店沒有訊息，讓我退了重新定，但是需要加錢，我問她為啥要加錢，她説不是加錢，然後我説你去跟攜程協商，然後她告訴我她跟攜程沒合作？我就想問，沒合作，你們酒店在攜程上有顯示？？？就是各種反駁，我也不知道她什麼意思，等我走到電梯口以後，瘋狂摔鍵盤，不知道是不是吃錯葯了
第二個就是酒店的環境，我定的是無窗大床房，我這個屋子就是在拐角，特別狹小，牆皮都掉了，我還能聽見樓道里的人説話，腳步聲都特別清楚
第三個我是十點多入住的，十一點多樓道里一堆人討論自己的房間在哪裡，一看就是剛辦理入住，但是前台為什麼給我安排到這個房，我有理由懷疑她是故意的。
第四個就是退房的時候，退房的時候前台也板個臉，換人了，不是某麗亭了
總體來説，不知道這些前台為什麼這麼小心眼，幹不了可以不幹，我也沒有難為她，我就是説著我的淡道理，可是她一直在反駁我的話，還給我安排到這個房間，主打就是一個沒啥格局！
一句話:前台服務態度差，酒店綜合環境差

前台接待員李靜態度很熱情，全程微笑面對，如家的服務就是一流的，入住了這個酒店就像回到自己家一樣，心裏感到熱乎乎的，服務員李靜主動給我們送茶水，還給我們打咖啡，離店走時還幫我們拿行李，這位服務員真的很不錯，去了好多如家，這是第一位讓我發自肺腑想表揚的員工，酒店環境也很好，我還拍了幾張照片記錄一下，給大家推薦一下，

1停車不方便，停車場太小，半夜還得挪車。2吹風機不能使用。3客人簡單需求如需要一個乳膠枕，因為酒店枕頭略高前日睡後脖子不適，在有空餘零壓房時不能人性化解決。4提前兩日訂房，房價比當日定貴五六十，查價是因為前台説零壓房才有乳膠枕，結果看到零壓房比雙床還便宜好幾十，頓時無語，畢竟我們提前定的時候零壓房已滿房。5隔音差。總之不推薦，將近300一晚的房間，一個枕頭問題都解決不了，體驗感差。

酒店住着挺好的，挺乾淨，本來房間有煙味，溝通後就給換了。服務態度好。有事情打電話詢問前台也響應很快。
來這邊可以選擇這個酒店住。
但個人感覺山西旅遊不好玩，路況不好，不建議自駕。
