房間很好，我喜歡大落地窗，因為在河的另一邊不在中心位置所以很安靜，晚上睡得很舒服，真的很怕吵吵鬧鬧，過河很快幾百米，走出巷子就有共享單車，我們不喜歡走路都用打車的，也很便宜，7塊就到店頭街，主人很熱情，阿姨幫我們拿東西跑上跑下的，晚上還幫我們熱點心，體驗感非常好👍，感覺汀州的人都好熱情……

這家民宿環境很好，設備齊全，衞生乾淨，晚上也很安靜很好入睡。老闆娘很熱情，服務周到！民宿離古城很近，步行五分鐘就到了，周圍有很多小吃，很方便。推薦！！

房子入住還不錯，就是位置不好停車，在巷子裏，不過長汀也不大，自駕遊就是停車折騰一下。我入住剛好碰上學校放學開車進巷子直接車子沒法動。

房東爺爺奶奶人非常好，和藹可親，細心耐心。房間很舒服、乾淨，投影效果很好。晚上很安靜，進入深睡眠。下次帶朋友們來還住這裏。

房東是兩位老爺爺奶奶，人超好，民宿是新建的，設施新，室內乾淨衞生，晚上睡覺時周邊也挺安靜的。唯一缺點就是位置在巷子裏，不好找，如果自己開車的話，最好先和房東聯繫，讓他們發個指引過來，不然靠導航的話比較難找到。

我們住303房, 洗澡淋浴時水壓不夠, 不知為什麼? 淋浴頭塞住了? 還是水壓不夠? 另外浴室沒有排煙機 所以水氣和廁所異味無法排出。 不過； 接待的長輩很好, 有温馨感。

很不錯的酒店，性價比也很高。店內阿姨人也很好，天氣涼，看我穿很少，還會拿厚外套給我穿，太感動了。有來長汀一般都是入住這裏。

一個很有安全感的地方，店家接待的2位長者是退役軍人，服務態度非常好，知識淵博！我孩子很喜歡！如果有機會還會再選擇入住！。第一次去的人建議跟店家聯繫，因為網站提供的定位不是很明確，希望店家增加相關標識。
