When I was doing the strategy in the early stage, I learned that accommodation can be used to offset the ticket price, so I asked whether the ticket price-ticket price difference was supplemented. The front desk was arrogant and said that I always paid 120 yuan for the ticket. So the room ticket only included half of the ticket price. In fact, it was not 30 yuan different, but I didn't know where the waiter's arrogance came from. At the same time, I booked a courtyard room and a lake view room. The lake view room link has a balcony, but the room given only has a window. Isn't this false advertising? The front desk said that there was no way. After complaining, the front desk changed a room. There was a balcony, but the room was only 10 square meters, which did not meet the standards of a fast hotel. The curtains in the shower room were moldy, and the bathroom was super small. There was no way to bathe children. It was very bad.

1. The room is on the first floor. There is an old and uninhabitable smell after entering the door, which is a bit hard to describe! 2. The wall of the luggage rack at the door is full of stains. We are too embarrassed to put our luggage there. 3. When I asked for a quilt at night, I was told that there was one in the closet in the room and I could just use it. Do you dare to use a quilt without a quilt cover? Fortunately, I finally asked for a quilt cover and put it on myself before using it again! 4. When we checked in, we asked if there was anything to eat in the villa. We were told that there were snacks at Hongdou Water Street, but they didn’t tell us the time. When we got there around six o’clock, it was already empty and there was nothing. If we wanted to eat, there was a restaurant at the gate. It looked like There are a lot of people eating! 5. Because I had nothing to eat, I ordered takeout, but it turned out that the takeout could only be delivered to the front desk. The front desk was at the gate of the scenic spot, which was far away from where I lived. I asked the front desk to deliver it by electric car, but I was told that I could only pick it up myself and wait for us. When the takeaway was picked up by the battery cart, it was all cold!

Overall good. Accommodation is in the center of the scenic area. The surrounding environment is OK. Better than expected. The Su-style garden hotel is still a bit special. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. I plan to take my parents there next time.
