前台服務特別差，尤其是店長，還打電話過來讓我刪差評，還説我想吃霸王餐，這家酒店差的離譜，怪不得那麼多客人説差這就是他們的服務態度，出了事情不問問她們的員工，還跑來責怪客人，我花錢住你們的酒店，你們就是這樣對待客人的。像我欠你們一百萬似的，可別住這樣的酒店，這樣的酒店住不起

説句實話，前台人不錯，很熱情，但是房間我住到凌晨四點左右，有人喝多酒使勁踹門，嚇得根本睡不着，説的是實話啊，可以調監控，然後早上8點左右保潔在門外大聲吆喝聊天，一直在大聲説話，還聽着歌，根本睡不着，一點兒都休息不好，本來就是出差，結果第二天一點兒精神都沒有。

酒店佈置的簡約乾淨，小細節做的很好，床品也很乾凈。熱水也很好。房間也不小，乾淨整潔，採光和通風都很好，最讚的是服務很細心周到，總之是家挺用心的酒店，強烈推薦。
