It's been a long time since I had the patience to write a bad review. I always thought that the hotels I booked on Ctrip were all good, but this time it was unexpected. First of all, the hotel was renovated and renamed. The first floor is very small. When I checked in, the front desk was unfriendly and asked me to pay a deposit, and then added WeChat friends. When I went in the morning, I wanted to borrow a bathroom and let me go to a public toilet far away (I didn't go because I was not familiar with the road); secondly, I found that the bedside lamp switch was broken, the chair legs were broken, and the formaldehyde smell in the room was very strong. I opened the windows and ventilated for one night (the experience was not good); then, there was hair on the glass door of the bathroom, and the towels looked old and useless (but there were disposable face towels), the hygiene was worrying, and someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night to send small advertisements (I thought it was knocking on the door next door and ignored it. I woke up in the morning and found a small advertisement card inside the door), and the sense of security needs to be considered; the location is not very convenient, there is a bus stop but it is far from the subway station. I basically rely on taxis to travel. As a loyal user of Ctrip, I really think this hotel is not worth it.

The room is very comfortable, the space is large, and the service is excellent. Auntie comes to clean it every day.
