設施：床墊太硬，花灑冷熱水太不穩定，馬桶沖水都沖到外面來了。
衞生：刷牙的杯子都是水漬。
環境：隔音太差了。
服務：服務員對酒店施捨不熟悉

沒有熱水，設施很多舊的拼湊的，床墊巨硬，之前是一個小旅館，衹是硬裝翻新了一下，吹風機都不捨得換，總結一下既然老闆想做新酒店那就不要因為小細節壞了整體品質，洗澡熱水是硬性要求，換一個新的太陽能熱水器不可以嗎？不要在乎電不可以嗎？真是一顆老鼠屎毀了一鍋粥，我以後不會再選擇這裏，差評。

第一，走廊異味嚴重，剛進去令人犯嘔。第二，廁所房間異味嚴重，好像下水道反味，通風都去不了。第三，空調沒辦法打開，無法藉助其去除異味。第四，床墊異常堅硬，異物感嚴重。第五，房間地面沒有打掃乾淨，被子上有假眼睫毛。地面上有異物。

首先説温度，説有地暖，但是屋裡不暖和。脱了羽絨服坐着看會電視，感覺身上都冷。再説隔音，睡覺前可以聽到隔壁打語音電話，認真聽可以聽見電話那頭的人説話。半夜睡覺耳塞脱落，生生被隔壁房間的呼嚕聲吵醒，然後發現衞生間馬桶位置樓上漏水，滴答滴答沒完沒了。接著説電器，晚上睡前開了會空調，第二天再想開，發現失靈。洗澡水温衹有温，沒有熱。最後説整體環境，網頁上説是2023年新裝修，但實際沒感覺出來，設施設備老舊，吹風機上寫着九九賓館，床墊很硬，體驗感不好，還沒有火車的卧鋪軟。
綜上，十分不推薦住。

因為駕照考試，第一次來昌樂，火車站就近選擇了該酒店，酒店新裝修的，設施很齊全，衞生沒得説，連續住了兩天，體驗很不錯，特別第二天晚上，因為別家空調外機很吵，很難入睡，聯繫了前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，立馬給升了房，確實驚到我了，真心推薦此酒店，下次來昌樂還會繼續入住。
