We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, and the whole house is smart! However, the design of the bathroom is very unreasonable. Since only disposable slippers are provided in the room, the bathroom should be equipped with anti-slip mats. If the floor is hard, you have to use floor towels without anti-slip mats. If you use floor towels, your feet will be wet after taking a shower. The shower head should be rectified. The water pressure of the shower head is very high, but it is dispersed in a columnar shape. It is very easy to get into your eyes and face when taking a shower, which is very painful! Hygiene: There is a large takeaway order in the gap of the bedside table. As a chain, such a mistake should not happen! Environment: The environment is OK, and it is very convenient to take a taxi at the door! Service: When I went out, I asked for mineral water to be delivered. They said there was no room service staff. I could get it at the front desk when I came back. After I came back, I got it and needed water again. I contacted twice before it was delivered. The night shift should be equipped with room service staff!

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

The best thing about it is the location- right outside the Changchun railway station. I arrived from Jilin City via high speed train. Took the south exit and the hotel is right there across street from the south exit. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety of choices, both Chinese and Western styles. I only stayed for one night and didn’t check out the gym and other amenities but overall it was well worth it.

Stayed for 2 nights twin room June 24. We could not fault this place. Super comfortable and quiet. Staff exceptional. Location spot on. 10+ mins walk from Renmin Square subway station on line 1. Cross the road at the lights from the hotel, Chongqing Hu Tong has lots of places to eat. Walk a little further north to Chongqing Lu for a big shopping centre. The best thing about this hotel was the great value. Gets 5 stars for amenities for dyi free laundry. Highly recommend

The front desk staff not only helped to collect the parcels, but also took the initiative to provide luggage storage services. These extra points make people feel very convenient and comfortable. 👍 In terms of the overall environment, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The real scene is more beautiful than the photos. The photos may be too saturated, which weakens the high-end feeling of the hotel itself. It is recommended that the hotel make some adjustments to the photos to more realistically show the charm of the hotel. 📸 In short, the experience of staying at Changchun Siruiqiu Hotel was great. Thanks to Jinsuo for upgrading our room. The room was very clean and hygienic. The only regret was that there was no humidifier in the room and it was a bit dry when we slept. Luggage storage when leaving: Mavericks' service was very good and patient, and they even gave us water. The overall experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station, and there is a small forest across the road from the door🍺 where you can play in the snow.

Location is great, right next to metro station and many food options, also walking distance to two large parks. Room is new & clean, though smaller than what I had expected. Breakfast has good varieties and dining room comfortable & spacious. Service is mostly good, friendly & helpful.

There were different staff members at check-in and check-out, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were provided, so I had a comfortable day. I had a good view of Namhu Park from the room. Next time I come to Changchun, I will stay here again.

The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. There is a free airport pick-up service. The driver is very enthusiastic and the car is very warm. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the room was upgraded for free. The room is very clean, tidy, warm and fresh. The staff is very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. The breakfast is also very good! A very satisfying stay experience!
