本次入住華天酒店非常愉快，走進大廳給人一種温馨的感覺，大廳寬敞明亮，服務生主動問候，前台接待非常熱情，一位叫左斐奇的接待員接待的我，在服務過程中很誠懇，友善，房間內的設備雖然老舊點，但是屋內乾淨整潔，物品擺放整齊，交通也很方便，去車站，機場等都非常方便快捷，附近商場也很多，例如吾悦廣場，歐亞等等

感謝禮賓員小閆，從看房到退房結束，一直都是老弟跟着，服務很周到，很貼心，華天員工素質都很高，從前台到餐飲，房間沒有噪音，感覺好，因為是高考房間，酒店貼心的配備了酒精洗手液和口罩，給華天的服務點贊，對客人的用心都能感受得到，希望小閆能繼續保持對客服務的熱情！

因公出差第一次入住這家非常棒的酒店，這家店房間地理位置優越，裝修漂亮温馨，設備設施齊全，聽工作人員介紹成立15年多了，而且房間乾淨衞生，樓層高視野好，衞生條件非常好，有超大停車場，免費停車，麗萍管家服務熱情，素質不錯，見面主動打招呼問好，送的銀耳羹還是温熱的，淋浴水流很大，熱水温適宜，房間的物品擺放整齊，酒店離各個網紅打卡都很近，離長影這兒有山都很近，附近就有地鐵站出行很方便。有機會還會再來入住。強烈推薦

我和我的太太第一次來東北旅遊，我們來自香港。從5月19日入住，到24日退房。入住體驗非常滿意和驚喜！感受到了長春人的熱情及酒店客房皇金管家張麗萍女士的周到貼心服務。真的讓人感到温暖，這世界原來這麼小，就是一個家，包含你我她。酒店的建築35層，交通很方便，門口有超大停車場，供客人免費停車，酒店大堂富麗典雅，具有5星級酒店的標準和風範。前台和禮賓都很有禮貌，主動問侯。客房衞生乾淨，設備設施齊全，網絡禮遇很多，冰箱酒水免費暢飲。印象深刻的是我的管家張麗萍女士，人很温柔很爰笑，服務貼心，臉上總是洋溢着微笑。每晚送銀耳羹，還是温熱的。為我們特意準備了東北時令水果和乾果。感謝！酒店的服務太棒了！值得推薦，性價比高！

來過很多次，第一次做網評。推薦這家酒店，交通便利，附近就有地鐵，大堂看起來很氣派還有綠植很喜歡！入住期間，印象最深的每晚提供管家服務的麗萍很努力，整理房間，清理煙缸，送銀耳羹和果切，服務人員都很熱情，旁邊有挺多小吃店很方便，點外賣還可以用機器人送到房間很是方便。聽工作人員介紹酒店的湖南菜很正宗，是個不錯的入住體驗，贊！推薦大家入住！設備設施也齊全完善，不錯！

因為經常到長春來出差，選擇了這家性價比很高的酒店。首先交通比較方便，地理位置也可以。大堂看起來富麗堂皇，很有氣派，足夠大的空間感讓人很舒服不感到壓抑。前台小哥哥小姐姐禮貌熱情，這次升級零壓房很舒適。夢百合0壓產品不錯。更讓人感動的是住了3天，皇金管家麗萍服務用心，記住我的名字及喜好，提供了鼠標墊和自己精心準備的時令水果外，在母親節來臨之際，還為我的媽媽準備了精美的小禮物，經絡養生梳，好梳如意，幫我盡了孝道。服務總是那麼用心，有禮有義有仁有愛，更加增加了我對華天的深刻及美好印象，還會繼續選擇入住！性價比高，設備設施也保養得很好。大家試一試！希望華天生意興隆！
