空調開到最低吹一晚上都沒吹涼快，房間裏牙具也沒放，服務態度差，問她為什麼不放牙具，她説沒放你不會跟我們要嗎？退房時前台在睡覺，跟她説退房，一臉不耐煩的樣子，頭都不抬，説房卡放那就行了，服務態度連幾十塊的小旅館都不如。

5.1期間人多，提前訂的房間，怕邊上太吵，特意和客服提前聯繫，訂的裏面安靜點的，房價還是訂的貴的，到了辦理入住告訴就剩下電梯附近的一間了，用差價一百多的房間欺騙人，真是無語

麗楓是我經常會選的一家酒店，主要為乾淨衞生，各種用具配置較全，床品舒適，停車方便，這家酒店門口就有有軌電車，出去遊玩不用自己開車，可以乘坐G54直達長春電影製片廠舊址和這有山，上車有座，周圍吃飯也比較方便。前台和樓層服務員都很好很有禮貌。要説有不足的話，浴巾和毛巾比較舊，房間略小，其他都挺好。房間照片跟網上一樣，我自己沒拍，感覺衞生間比我訂的要大一點點，難道是升級了🥱

住過的最差的麗楓酒店。酒店已經非常老舊，地毯也是臟的要死。一進房間就有股味道。開窗通風后，過幾個小時，味道又散發出來。
住的家庭房，價格也不便宜，對不起這個價格。
