This hotel is surprisingly great, from service to hotel facilities. They upgrade my room to a bigger room and it was nice. I called for laundry service and it was also quick to respond. I had Japanese food on the 6 floor it was nice too.

長春最喜歡的酒店！早餐小傢伙牛肉麪沒吃夠 服務員直接給盛一盤子牛肉，特別感謝～千元左右的酒店，環境好，服務好，還有下午茶和深夜食堂，長春僅此一家，趕超其它5星酒店👍

第一次來長春這家酒店整體感覺挺棒的酒店很新服務特別好，早餐挺豐盛的。泳池看起來很漂亮 尤其是泳池的夜景很棒。

設施：酒店基礎設施齊全，細節做的特別好！洗漱用品的選擇也很用心，還有漱口水，而且刮鬍刀居然是木質手柄，好精緻啊！
環境：交通便利，地理位置得天獨厚，就在河邊上，視野開闊特別好。而且房間設計的簡潔大氣，很通透。餐廳視野好，用餐感覺舒適。泳池很漂亮，是無邊的，前台小姐姐很熱情，裏面還配備了泡池和汗蒸房，晚上去蒸一下，感覺皮膚都變好了。
服務：大大表揚酒店的服務和管理，非常優秀！大堂的前台小姐姐人美心善，客人有問題就及時反饋解決，大堂經理應變能力很強，細緻認真執行力強，有領導魄力和風範。樓層的服務員阿姨很有眼力見兒，處處替客人着想。總體來説就是一家有温度的酒店，給客人賓至如歸的感覺，很感謝。
自助下午茶:時間不趕趟，錯過了。
深夜食堂:分量十足！
500ml精釀啤酒券（比利時/皮爾森任選一款）:好喝！

服務人員挺好的
入住大堂空空盪盪的，沒有休息區
房間乾淨
唯一不足點 就是房間離馬路太近了，整晚都是車輛的聲音，很吵。
入住時重點説了，不要離馬路太近了的房間，怕吵，前台還説好的，儘量安排，結果還是一樣很吵。根本沒有休息好。
總體來説 如果有不靠近馬路的房型，還會繼續入住 。
