I was freezing for more than ten minutes and I was so angry when I got to the front desk. I wanted to complain and the lady at the front desk wanted to apologize to me, so I made some suggestions. The above are all words from the bottom of my heart. Next, I said that the hotel room is very good and has a smart toilet, which is my favorite. The humidifier is too dry in the Northeast. The lady who checked us in on the first night was very helpful and friendly. The room is old but is well maintained and very clean. The cleaning staff are great, very professional and serious about their work. However, the parking is poor. It is a very small car park which is difficult to get in and out of and is often very busy. At around 2pm on Thursday we arrived back at the hotel after exploring the city. We could not get into the car park, we waited on the street trying to get underground for 10 minutes. We finally called the hotel reception. The staff at the reception desk said ”yes, we are too busy, please wait on the street for a space or park somewhere else”. We asked, ”are only your guests allowed to use the car park”, she said ”I don't know, just wait, there is no solution”. This is not helpful at all, you expect to be able to leave your room, drive out and return without needing to wait 20 minutes to park your car again. Finally, the reception desk staff transferred the call to the staff in the car park who quickly fixed the problem, found another space and helped us to park. Thank you to the helpful and professional car parking staff. It is frustrating that the reception desk staff were so unhelpful and impolite about the situation.

When I checked into the Changchun Jingyue Sheraton Hotel for the first time, I felt at home. The hotel decoration is luxurious and grand, the service staff are also very high-quality, the room size is large, the hotel location is also very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the scenery is picturesque.
