If it weren't for the staff it would be an average 4 star hotel from the 80's. I had a great time but I don't think I will go back. Let me explain: 1 only very slow lift for 90 rooms on 6 floors, you think. If you put strollers, the elderly, small children in rush hour, moving up and down became a frenzy. Carpet in the common areas (not indicated with sand) My room did not have a power outlet in the bathroom If you go wrong on the side of the hotel you have shouts and screams until 2 in the morning and when it's shift at 5 the garbage truck passes If you want to use air conditioned or on or off!!! Impossible to modulate! For the rest: the staff and the top!!! Location: 10 Serene and jovial environment ... from 10 and praise buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. Exquisite people....they give credit to the welcoming Romagna; a beautiful experience that will certainly be repeated in the near future.

All the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming. A special applause to the animation girls, who involve all the children with great kindness and sweetness. My anchor says they miss them! Nice large superior room, fresh and well cleaned.

Hygiene and cooking were excellent, however Aunt Maristela had a stuffy room but my grandparents and I had a good room. The services were districts 🌈⭐ my vote is ⭐⭐⭐ I ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO THERE MORE THAN ONCE CCCC HELLO Da. GIANFRANCHINO AND REFRIGERATOR 133333333333€

I stayed a week in early June in the Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent cuisine, competent cooks (known personally) and kind and welcoming dining room staff. Well cleaned and equipped rooms, well maintained swimming pool, extensive bike park. Very nice and understanding reception staff, ditto for the lifeguard at the pool. Lido Stella very well organised, nice and quiet beach lunch, clean beach. My children also enjoyed the activities organized by the organization. Only thing I would see again? The entrance, a little too minimalist. For the rest, everything perfect. I will definitely be returning next year.

We were from 18.08. until 01.09. at the Hotel Royal in Cesenatico. The only things we liked were the lunch and the dinner. The breakfast was not good. The hotel restaurant was very noisy and the tables were so close together that there was hardly any room to walk to the table. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms are in dire need of a refurbishment. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We booked the happy drink extra and always had to run after the cleaning lady, who always forgot to give us water. The worst was the way the manager of the hotel dealt with it. We rented the hotel's own car park. Our car was scratched there. Such damage costs around 2000 euros in Germany. Since we had paid for the parking, we contacted the management of the hotel to find a solution. He then accused us of inventing the problem with the car and that we didn't want to pay for the holiday. Instead of looking for a solution, there were only accusations. At the end he said he is the Italian here and he doesn't care if we come back to the hotel or not. We were just stunned and disappointed. This is not acceptable. We do not recommend the hotel. In Cesenatico there are many other hotels, also directly on the beach, which are much better.

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana presso l'Hotel Royal di Cesenatico sito in via Viale Carducci 292 Cesenatico. Molto bella la facciata come la reception. La camera "una Superior Panorama" spaziosa e pulita con una veduta bellissima sul mare. Ottima la colazione con qualche disattenzione da parte del personale di sala non attento a fornire indicazioni del proprio tavolo alla clientela di primo arrivo. Gentilissimo, attento e professionale il personale della reception. Altra cosa da sottolineare che ci è piaciuto la formula gratuita dell'ombrellone con due lettini già compresi nel prezzo associati al bagno Stella. I nostri complimenti e grazie.
