Alberto was a great host. Good communication before our stay, and very helpful in providing information about where to eat. Nice recommendation for dinner. Quaint property with lovely view. Not a long walk to town about 20 minutes, but hard work walking back up hill if you have any mobility issues. Alberto will give a taxi number if you need one. Cefalu is lovely! Nice breakfast. Things that could be improved... tea and coffee making facilities in the room, lables on the shower gels in the bathroom so you know which is which! Small things for a one night stay. We would book again if returning to the area. Thanks Alberto.

Great location, just on the edge of the downtown core so it's quiet and walking distance to town. The walk is about 15 minutes to the downtown core, downhill there and uphill back. The owner is wonderful and very helpful.

Staying at Bougainvillea was one of the BEST experience we’ve had in Cefalu We were greeted by Alberto who quickly made us feel so welcome providing everything a guest would need and ask. Chatting with Allesandra was the highlight of our stay, she was so warm and kind, ready to help in every way possible. The room was spotless clean and well kept during our 3 day stay. The view from the terrace, the garden with its iconic tangerine trees of Sicily was so very beautiful. The breakfast was truly delicious and plentiful. Felt like staying at a friend’s house and thus hope to keep coming back over the next years. Thank you heartily Alessandra & Alberto 🙏🏻💗

Room was okay. Air conditioning can be left on when you leave the room. (worked without a key or badge) Good breakfast. Possibility to park the car on site. Within walking distance of the city center. Owner speaks very good English. Free bottled water available. Small bathroom with step and very small shower cubicle.

excellent welcome from our host, who helped us following a car battery failure. Excellent breakfast. the B&B is a little far from the center: advantage = tranquility, disadvantage = you have to take a taxi to return. Address to recommend

This B&B is a truly pleasant and convenient structure for visiting Cefalù and the surrounding places, it has a strategic position. The owner and his wife are very kind and helpful, they offer an excellent breakfast overlooking the sea both on the terrace and from inside. The rooms are very well kept, improvements and expansions of the structure are underway which I think will make it even better. The large garden and mini swimming pool are pleasant. All perfect.
