New hotel, very clean, breakfast is also OK. Stayed for 5 days, there were 3 nights when it was very noisy outside, I don't know if it was a concert or something. Then there were two power outages at night, which scared me to death. Although it recovered quickly, I was scared and couldn't sleep. I hope it won't happen next time. The location is very good, you can walk to Ayala and marketplace.

This was my first time going to Cebu and I am an IHG member so I stayed at Holiday Inn Cube City. It is located almost in the center of Cebu City and the rooms are very clean. I stayed for two nights with breakfast included and was very satisfied. It is definitely an IHG group hotel. From Mactan Airport, it costs about 400 pesos using GRUB. I would like to stay here again next time. There is a restaurant, gym and pool on the 7th floor. There is free coffee on the lobby floor, making it a great place to take a break.

The environment is great, overall it's pretty good, but there's a lot of dust. The TV turns on by itself in the middle of the night and wakes me up, and turns it off several times before turning it off. The food is mediocre

New and clean hotel. Large 55in TV. However, the breakfast area was too crowded because of the small space. 9/10

The room was small and a bit depressing. The price was relatively high. The wardrobe in the room was terrible and it was easy to hit your head.

As expected from a holiday chain, the facilities were neat and the accommodation was clean and in good condition. The location of the accommodation was less than a 10-minute walk from Ayala Mall, so it was great for having dinner, playing, and shopping. The view from the room was as far as Mactan Airport and the sea, so it was also good for a staycation. The only thing that bothered me was that a little after 6pm, the doorbell rang in the room, so I went and asked who it was, and communication was difficult in the process, but suddenly the door was opened. It was a hotel staff member wearing a hotel uniform. He looked a little embarrassed and asked if I needed water. He gave me two bottles of water and left. I don't know what happened, but they didn't provide room service and didn't make any inquiries. It made us anxious that Steph opened the door with the master key even though there were customers inside. Since I left all my valuables at the hotel, I was worried about going out. Since it was a holiday name, I didn't pay any attention and just passed on it, but I think this part definitely needs to be improved. The hotel reception is so friendly that I feel like this is even more disappointing.

Perhaps because it was a newly built hotel, it was definitely clean. The room was large and the bathroom was comfortable. The breakfast was good, and it wasn't bad as it was about 30 minutes to the city tour or airport. It was really close, about a 10-minute walk to Ayala Mall, and best of all, there was a 24-hour 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it was very easy to use. Grab and call taxis were also good. I caught it and had a great late-night snack using the delivery k app. I highly recommend it if you are planning to stay in the city. (However, there is a smoking room in the parking lot on the 3rd floor, and there are many people drinking, so if you are a woman, please do not go alone and be sure to accompany your group.)

Loctaion is nice and hotel is very new. Food at the hotel's only restaurant is all right, although not great, and the service is also a bit slow. However, there is a problem with their TV system: First of all, the satellite dish is not working properly, and so there is no satellite TV to watch, and then another strange thing is that the TV in the room would somehow turn itself on suddenly from time to time----including at 03:00 in the night! I have stayed at the hotel for a total of 3 nights, and this has not stopped throughout my stay.

The hotel is far away. Ayala Mall. Seven minutes walk, very convenient. The staff in the store are helpful and smiling, which is Filipino nature. This is my second time staying here and I will again.
