Very unsatisfied! We  charge for the stains that we dont even know where it came from😡😡😡😡

The amenities were good and the room is clean.

They are good hotel but not my taste because room is small and TV won’t work also No WiFi in this hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was so accommodating.

Terrible experience for us There is a lot of insects inside our room There is also a power outage during our stay (happened multiple times in one night). The bed for couple is 2 single separated beds.

Just looking through hotels in Cebu, I unintentionally made a reservation for this one. I immediately received a charge, so I called the business to confirm. I also told Agoda about the unintentional reservation. I attempted to phone the hotel, but it was already booked, and ask if we could check in early at 6am as we were leaving that evening at 8pm. Consequently, we will only be staying a few hours less than usual. But even if we plan to check out early, May at the front desk informed us that we would still have to pay an extra 500php. I asked for a cancellation, but the booking is nonrefundable according to Agoda and the hotel. I asked them to at least let us check in early, which they completely ignored. I offered a solution that would benefit both parties. In the end, we adhered to their check-in time of 2pm and used the room for the entire time.I rebooked our ferry back home to avoid wasting the money we paid for this hotel. We stayed an extra day in Cebu instead of returning home the same day.

Really pleasant and clean rooms. Great location, and it is easy to commute.
