First of all, I want to highlight the accommodation of Quest Hotel together with the warm management of staff which makes the stay an amazing one and also amenities are complete and with full range sanitation protocols which ensures your protection and safety during your stay. Another commendable factor was the breakfast buffet which you could say that there's no another that is within your budget, for short it is worth every penny. Lastly, I really appreciated the Staff that was very accommodating and in a Filipino way of hospitality. They will always greet you and is ready and knowledgeable to your needs. During our stay in Quest Hotel it was a blast and we really felt at home.

Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. The location is walking distance to Ayalla mall which is very convenient. the room was generally clean but the furnitures are a bit old and stained, it looked dirty. The room that i was given had a connecting door to another room which was occupied by others. I could hear their voices clearly when they are talking and laughing. I did not feel comfortable having that comnecting door, but since i was only staying for 1night, i did not ask to be transferred. I just felt like they should have told me before giving me that room. Those who plan to book here, if you are not comfortable having connecting doors to another room, better ask before checkin. Its really annoying when they think its ok.

Located at old town area, not CBD area, surrounded with lots of convenient store, hospital, food court, restaurants etc. No Swimming pool and gym room nor laundry service, but nearby got a laundry shop. The staff was helpful to arrange a taxi to get you back to the airport. They are always greeting and smiling. The do offer trips at the hotel if you interested in booking tours around Cebu, but the are pricey. Watch out!
The location is prime as you just walk out past the pool over a bridge and you are at Ayala Mall which has many lovely restaurant outside and a nice garden park.
Breakfast was good and there is a range of varieties to choose from.

This time of my stay with them can give 5 star as they might hear my last complain about the kettle for a hot water to make early coffee. This time yes they have it with a 2 bottle of water drinking water plus a pitcher to pitch a cold water on the water despenser on the hallway. Management might have change. The room I request a bigger bed as I'm alone the girl in the front desk find and had my request granted without hasitation it was amazing how they'd been train to become a better costumer service. Very comfy bed soft pillows and had a heavy blanket that you can really sleep well like a baby. had a heavy block out curtain that cannot even hear any noise outside. Had a big tv with enough channel to watch, I always use this hotel every time I travel to cebu often if I catch a available room. Close to port area and accessible to downtown and to SM mall, beside they have Robinson mall on the same building. The food is superb with a good selection of coffee beans, mix with korean, filipino and american breakfast its excellent even the staff had been in deferent attitude this time starting from the security guard to the waiter every one is very polite, every one is very helpful like the quality of 5 star international hotel around the world, I can recommend this hotel for comfort, security and cleanliness.

The only word i can describe is that it is spectacular. The buffet breakfast was one of the best i have ever seen. So much variety. The room is clean and big. However, the carpet along the corridor kinda smells moist/ musty smell. Other than that, i really have nothing to pick on. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I had a fall and wanted somthing to help me clean my wound. The front desk sent up a nurse to make sure i am alright. There is always someone greeting you at every point of the hotel, so welcoming. Definitely will come back here again.

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

GGuest UserGreat city view. Room size is above average meaning bigger than other deluxe Seda rooms we’ve been to. Misto resto is with a great view but it can be easily get full and refill takes time especially the bacon. There is direct access to the Mall which is a good thing however there is not much yet in the Central Block Mall but the basics are there. It could have been 5 star if not for the front desk who called in the middle of the night 10:30pm. They interrupted our sleep for a mistake. We were asleep when they called to ask if we’re done with the iron and board which we previously requested but declined because there was no available. Other than that, it was a great 2N/3D. We’ll comeback when in town.

The owners are on the grounds and personally assisting with the guests and things around the resort.
Food menus are set for every other day, which is unique. The food is delicious! A mix between local and foreign cuisine. They’re accommodating with minor changes to each meal if you request it. They also asked if we wanted our Mel served in our room, which is very cool also!
Adults only, so it is a quiet place. Pool is 24 hours. Check out time can be flexible if requested and the room isn’t booked for your check out day.
This is a great place for couples who want a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
It’s nearby Oslob, the place to see whale sharks.
If taking a bus from Cebu city, the trip is about 3.5-4 hours depending on traffic.
The beach is relaxing with very natural sand composition and the sand isn’t connected to the water, it’s above it. Bring water shoes as the water is natural with coral. Great for snorkeling!
At night we found a giant hermit crab on the beach! First time to see one so big!

VVanessa This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening.
Just a few concerning points:
-The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature
- They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe.
-Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used
-Wave pool was closed
I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken.
-The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes
All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

MMrs. ShonSuch a beautiful resort !!! I didn’t get the most welcoming check in but Ralph checked in my friend and he got a room right away. We switched to Ralph and he handed everything to quickly and there was room available for us as well . He’s so competent, approach and very warm towards the guest . Aside the check in, the breakfast has lots of options , cocktails bars / happy hours Monday to Thursday great deal !! I loved Salt and sky bar on the rooftop, the sunset view amazing . Paddle board , kayaking and the 8 different pools that we tested . Want grill menu , amazing, and the waiter will bring your cocktail to the beach as well. Over the friendly staff made the trip so enjoyable and the other guest , mainly Korean so friendly and kind. I had the best Christmas on this resort and I can’t wait to return back with my husband.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel with my 11 year daughter to have my birthday staycation. The hotel was quite new and designs are modern. Check in was very smooth with very kind polite front desk officers. I was allowed to have an early check in as the hotel wasnt fully booked at that time and was kind to offer me a room upgrade. I politely declined the upgrade as the bed configuration wasnt suited for me and my daughter. We wanted a twin bed and the room upgrade was for one queen sized bed only. The size of our room was relatively small for a twin bed room. Its roughly 21sqm in size and it kinda tight when all your luggages and things have been all around the room. The Buffet breakfast was on the average side, Hot dishes werent kept warm and choices was kinda limited. But for the average kind of breakfast spread, I wouldnt complain more. The hotel is very near (I mean walking distance) to 7/11 convenience Stores, good quality restaurants nearby , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc... I love the ambiance of the community ... its like a little city within a small community. Not that I really didnt like that much, but it was just something that I didnt appreciated much... its the hotel's pool that looks like blurry and wasnt kept clean by the time we went to visit the area. The prices at the bar was kinda pricey and wouldnt offer any happy hour during the day. The Surroundings of the pool area werent kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

RRobertVelosoWe celebrated the birthday of my nephew here for 2nights and we really had a great time. The location was quiet secluded and we loved it. Lunch at earth restaurant and they prepared birthday sing and dance to my nephew. Surprised and touched for the anticipatory service they gave to us. Kudos to all the staff! We will come back again with friends and relatives.

However, it's disappointing that some areas were closed, and there was a noticeable lack of maintenance in the facilities.
Unfortunately, our experience with the room was quite poor. While the room was spacious, there were several issues: some lights were not working, the air conditioning unit was leaking, and there was a water interruption that affected the supply for most of our stay.
On a positive note, the service crew were extremely accommodating and welcoming, which made a significant difference to our overall experience. The breakfast buffet, sky bar, and beach bar served excellent food, living up to expectations.
The gym, although equipped with all the basic necessities, showed signs of neglect and was not well-maintained.
One commendable aspect of the resort is its safety, especially with the high number of day visitors and foreign tourists, which adds to the feeling of security within the premises

BBIN SAIMLocation was great. Nearby to entertain outlets and massage shops. Very clean lobby and spacious room. I got an upgrade I think. Got 2 comfy beds even though I was alone. The troublesome part is that I stayed on a high floor and have to do a lift transfer. All the attractions the hotel has to offer is closed. For upgrading I was told. And the ****** was mediocre. But the room was great.

DdiannacasoWe saw this place on Agoda and decided to book it due to the following reasons: - it’s near ayala - easy to book grab car fron the location - it fits four people - looks spacious from the photos And it did not disappoint! What I liked about our stay: - it provided our basic needs like hot & cold shower, a functioning AC, fast WiFi... Also, there’s a 7/11 branch just outside the hotel, kfc and chowking fast food chains. - we initially booked only for 1 night but extended it for 2 because of our positive experience. - customer service is satisfactory. Staff were friendly and attentive. - breakfast is inclusive. The resto is located on the 12th floor and has a great view of the city. - budget friendly. Our first night we paid P1845 and P1700+ through Agoda. Not bad for three people (room fits four). What they can improve on: - breakfast was cold and has limited options. We were only asked to choose from fish fillet or chicken hotdog.
