La estadía fue paupérrima. Su gerente en vez de querer resolver los inconvenientes (calefacción, pava , cocina eléctrica rota, como si fuera poco, nuestro vehículo chocado en el estacionamiento por la máquina de sacar nieve del hotel) prefirió destratar, y tratarnos como delincuentes, amenazando con denunciarnos por reclamar lo que correspondía. La ubicación y el trato del personal muy bueno

La cercanía con el centro de ski y la pileta climatizada son una excelente combinación para una experiencia placentera en familia. La atención del personal es cálida, volviendo de un duro período de pandemia destacamos los esfuerzos por la puesta a punto del lugar.

Es un apart ubicado en él cima del cerro con una hermosa vista a la ciudad y el lago Caviahue . La habitación es espectacular, los baños las camas etc , lo único malo es que no tienen horno ( pues no hay gas ) . La pileta climatizada es muy buena . La atención de las chicas fue EXCELENTE
