I think there is little to say, the photos speak for themselves and do not leave room for any kind of interpretation. Upon arrival at the hotel nothing was explained to us, except that we had to pay the club card and the tourist tax. As soon as we entered the room we reported the terrible state of the room to the reception by showing the photos, asking to come and check for ourselves. Naturally the receptionist didn't want to come, saying that she would let the colleague who came in the next morning at work tell her (nice consideration for the customer!). Before going to bed we try to close the roller shutter but as you can see from the photo the strap was the thickness of dental floss and wouldn't close: I then go back to reception and the girl says I don't know who was calling, naturally no one came to repair it , but not even telling us that they couldn't fix it, so we slept with the shutter open. There was also a musty smell in the room. The next morning there was a nauseating sewage smell coming out of the shower (which they attributed to the mistral wind, oh well). They finally change our room (here there is no smell of sewage from the shower, but the mistral continued to "whistle"), here too broken doors and pigeon feces on the terrace (cleaned only the next morning after notification). Breakfast with frozen croissants and Eurospin products the same every day, frozen fish for dinner which is a hundred times better in the hospital, everything else we ate was to be forgotten. Another customer who reported the poor quality of the food to the waitress was told "for what you eat it's too much, and the portions are generous": but a plate of **** or a teaspoon of sugar is better ?!! Without words.. We therefore chose the packed lunch for several days so as to avoid their dinner and go out to the restaurant to eat in a dignified and healthy way.. They were still able to make a mistake with the packed lunch on the last day , putting one less sandwich and only two pieces of fruit (there were four of us), unfortunately we realized it late and were unable to report it. Terrible cleanliness, pigeon feces were present in the internal entrance hall every day and sometimes pigeon carcasses were also found (photos attached). Dirty swimming pools, even in the miniclub pool there were pigeon faeces on the poolside. The gym with rickety equipment in terrible condition and unusable. For the first time in more than twenty years of holidays traveling around in numerous hotels (many of which have real and deserved 3 stars, I don't know how this establishment still manages to have them) we couldn't wait to go home. The only positive note is the view of the gulf and the town. I now understand why the structure is against TripAdvisor and its reviews: there people really document the state of the hotel, but the management doesn't like the truth being told and responds angrily to the reviews
