I like it very much. My favorite hotel of the year. There are no shortcomings. My only regret is that I didn’t stay for a few more days.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at the property. The pasta cooking class was fun and a great learning experience. Everyone from the waiters, reception staff and bell staff were wonderful.

We stayed for an informal dinner at the emporium restaurant. Immediately we felt like home. A very warm and welcoming a**osphere. We eternally some dishes that gave us emotions. With their products in Km0. For those looking for peace and quality, I highly recommend the local. Thanks for the beautiful evening and many memories to maitre Angelo and to his staff of service and kitchen. Thank you

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it every aspect exceeded our expectations. Some of the guests were a little stuffy, rude, and pretentious but the staff, grounds, excursions and restaurants were incredible! The staff was beyond friendly, fun, and genuine!

I couldn’t even dream of a more exquisite experience in Tuscany. The grounds… the food… the rooms… and especially the people who work at Castello di Casole were extraordinary in every conceivable way. I simply can’t say enough. Gracie Mille!

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was like an apar**ent with a living room and hugh bedroom and bath. Very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was served either inside or outside. Great choices. We ate at Tosca and the casual restaurant. Both nights our meals were amazing. The bread and pizza at the casual restaurant was so delicious. We loved our stay. No compliants whatsoever.

BOOK IT! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The place is exactly what you would picture a hotel in Tuscany to be, the views, the food, the wine … perfection. But nothing compares to the incredible team at Castello Di Casole. You are always greeted with a smile, the team is so kind and they try everything they can to make sure your stay is exceptional. I don’t know everyone’s names but everyone from the valet’s, concierge team, Romina and Elena, the staff at both restaurants Ramzi, the manager at the restaurant, and housekeeping made our stay exceptional. The breakfast!! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Well done! We will definitely be back, we didn’t want to leave.
