Nice hotel, rooms a little tired, but large, my room had a bath. Great restaurant with delicious Italian food. It’s 10 minutes to terminal 2, but I still didn’t understand where to meet the shuttle, so I took a taxi for 20 euros, the chateau cost 15 euros. The staff is nice.

It was too far to walk from the airport, so I took a taxi. I wish there was a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, but I reserved a paid shuttle bus to the airport the next day. The bathroom had a half glass partition, but there was no curtain, so you had to be careful not to let water leak out of the bathtub. Also, it was difficult to switch between the shower and faucet. Breakfast was a delicious buffet.

Hotel service is very bad. Internet not working at times and very very slow. Really cannot accept. Tried calling hotel for help but made me wait for very long time. In the end, never come in to help. Very disappointed with this branded hotel which I paid a premium for good service and ended up worst than a budget company... I will never use this hotel again!

This hotel is favored by all airlines🏨. It has convenient parking and is quite convenient to go to the airport. But don’t think about what’s around. The food in the hotel is average.

Smooth check in and check out experience, room is clean and comfortable. Free Airport Suttle bus in and out airport/train station. The Airport Suttle bus stop is about 5-10mins walk from the hotel.

I just checked into the hotel after catching an early flight. The facilities were a bit old, but they were still quite clean. There is a restaurant near the hotel that is highly rated by Dianping. It is worthy of everyone's high praise. If you are staying here, I recommend you to go there. The most dissatisfying thing about it is that there is no convenience store nearby.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very rich and varied. The hotel is very close to the airport and the transportation is very convenient. There is a very delicious Italian restaurant next to it. Although it was very short-lived, it was a very pleasant experience.

Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms big and confy bed. Breakfast good and with a lot of options sweet and savoury. No boiler in the room but vending machines on the floor level. Also tea and coffee vending machine present on the ground floor. The hotel is very near by the bus stop to go to terninal one and two. Also the hotel has a private shuittle to go to terminal one and two.

The attitude of the front desk is very bad. How can the crown be a global chain, why are there such poor staff. In addition, the bed sheets and quilts feel prickly when sleeping. I don't know if it is because of the dirt or the poor quality of the washing powder. In short, it is very poor.

Impossible to get a taxi to the airport. Distanz to T1 is around 3 km. The hotel does not inform proactive that must book the hotel shuttle to the airport. We did but many people didn't and had to walk.
