Lovely hotel.
Staff attentive.
Housekeeping was very try good.
Didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast but smelt good :)

Carcassonne is a castle-city town, the hotel is about 13 min waling distance from the train station.
Room is clean, and comes with a bathtub.

Staffs are indifference to your needs; the female receptionist don’t even know the local transportation ! the hotel itself is great but the staff seems to not care about you!! the room got good views with good facilities pity they are not employing more friendly staffs.

It's a great hotel. It has a good location, it's in the middle of the two areas to visit. It has a varied breakfast buffet and it's very good, you come out quite full.
The room they gave us had a view of the castle and a little terrace to relax on, but the cold didn't let us enjoy it. It's very spacious. The only detail is that the pillows are very soft, but otherwise, it's great.
Great service, very attentive. There are staff who knew how to speak Spanish.

The hotel room has a view of the castle and a large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the castle. The room and bathroom are relatively large, and there are slippers, toothbrushes and other disposable items. The front desk service is good and luggage can be stored for free. I feel that the hotel balcony is the best place to see the panoramic view of the castle, but it is backlit in the morning and the night view is good at night. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the train station.
