Once again we stayed at Atlantic Point Backpackers, located in Greenpoint, Capetown. I love so many things about this hostel. They have a great location, with just a one minute walk to the local bus stop (my Citi), which can take you to the Waterfront, Seapoint Area, Camps Bay Beach and more. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance, and the Greenpoint Park. Don't forget the free Yoga at the park on Tuesday mornings. The hostel has an amazing active what's app group, where guests can organize activties, lifts and hanging out together, which I find so useful, especially if you're new and looking to connect with other travelers. I wish more hostels did this. Wifi works during load shedding, so you're still able to get work done if you need to, as a digital nomad this is a huge things for me. We usually stay in the dorms downstairs (Skye) is our spacious room. No bunk beds (winning) and three beds to each side of the room, which there are two halves. I absolutely love that. There is a laundry service available, affordable and done quite efficiently. The reception team are helpful and so are the kitchen and house keeping team. Speaking of the kitchen, we're big eaters and cook almost three times a day - hello gas stove! What a win, again even during load shedding you can eat and make your meals. Breakfast is an additional add on if you'd prefer not to cook, and it's sufficient to get you going in the morning, paired with amazing filter coffee. There is a dipping pool on site (although shaded), if you're not one for the beach or sand. There is also a small garden area outside which is perfect for morning yoga practice and afternoon siesta's. As our goodbye to Capetown, we've really had a fantastic time here and felt very welcomed and comfortable. Definitely highly recommend in my opinion. Be sure to book early as the hostel does get busy, and if you can't find anything online, give them a call, they're always happy to help where they can. Thanks to the team, it's been amazing. Cee
