Acceptable for a sleepover but no for longer !
It’s clean, it’s just 10 minutes from termoli .

I wish I could rate this lower. The apar**ent was very basic which is fine, but it was FILTHY. There were a few plates and some cutlery - it was all greasy and caked in filth. The fridge was grimy. The bathroom has loads of cut pipes sticking out the wall. The bedrooms looked like prison cells. The main bedroom’s light didn’t work. There was one fan in the whole apar**ent so felt like you were suffocating at night. When checking out there was saliva dripping down the inside of the lift where someone had spat. The only good point was that the shower had good pressure. This cost us 170 euros for one night so we could attend a wedding. This was on ferro augusto so demand was high but is basic hygiene too much to ask?! Avoid at all costs.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte nel residence...esperienza pessima...volevamo chiamare l'ASL per il degrado dell'appartamento...mobili rotti e sporchi...ci hanno fatto pagare (e non poco per quanto offerto) prima di vedere l'appartamento altrimenti non ci saremmo fermati un minuto di più...alla mattina avremmo dovuto lasciare l'appartamento entro le ore 9.30 e alle 8 ci sono venuti a bussare per chiederci indietro le chiavi...esperienza da dimenticare e da sconsigliare assolutamente

Non ho parole per descrivere questo posto . Personale sgarbato , appartamento con arredi vecchi ,usurati e rotti , tanto che le maniglie della porta di ingresso e del bagno erano rotte e non ti permettevano di aprirle , tant’è che se ti chiudevi in bagno avevi la necessità che qualcuno ti aprisse da fuori sennò non potevi uscire. Per non parlare della pulizia in quanto abbiamo ritrovato la cenere di sigaretta sul pavimento. Posto orribile la sconsiglio vivamente

State lontani da questi truffatori!!! Dormire per strada è meglio!!! Uno SCHIFO mai visto ! Stanza misera e mangiata dalla ruggine! 3 letti attaccati, non puoi neanche camminare. La struttura datata senza un minimo di manutenzione,sembra un ospedale abbandonato. Ideale per girare film horror. A completare ovviamente non poteva che esserci la cafonaggine della proprietaria, ovviamente da un posto del genere non ci si poteva aspettare di meglio! Dovevamo alloggiare 2 notti , per fortuna ne siamo rimasti una e siamo scappati dall’incubo. Condizioni igienico-sanitarie sc****. NON CI ANDATE!!!

A.A.A. offresi Location ideale per film horror...dopo il trauma appena aperta la porta ,l'unica cosa che ci aspettavamo era che BLOB uscisse dal bagno per portarci la carta igienica per asciugarci le lacrime ma poverino ...è rimasto intrappolato dalla muffa nella doccia...ho cercato invano il sapone per poter dare una pulita alla stanza ma non ce n'era traccia .. vabbè..ho bisogno di un caffè .. abbiamo viaggiato per 11 ore..ma nell'angolo cottura non c'era nemmeno una moka... cerco allora un coltello per fare harakiri dopo i soldi spesi per la stanza ( chiesti in anticipo alla reception di Psycho).. niente di niente...in sintesi...come rovinare le vacanze alle persone che arrivano in Molise..adios

Una struttura che mi vergognerei di pubblicizzare su qualunque sito se fossi il proprietario soprattutto dopo aver letto tutte le recensioni negative!!! camere sporche, mobilio fatiscente, bagno in pessime condizioni, porte rotte e rubinetti impossibili da aprire o regolare...e questo per la modica cifra di 125 euro al giorno!!! colpa nostra se non abbiamo dato credito alle recensioni....se avessi visto prima la stanza ( come tra l'altro mi aveva domandato la signora alla reception!!!!..chissà come mai!) sarei scappata a gambe levate....e come ciliegina sulla torta personale delle pulizie estremamente maleducato ed invadente....insomma credo che in un campo nomadi si starebbe meglio!!!! assolutamente da evitare.

Camere senza finestra, bagno che si allaga alla seconda doccia, acqua calda che non esce dal rubinetto della cucina, letto in cucina a fianco al frigorifero rumoroso e alla bombola Gpl del piano cottura. Da dimenticare.
