Es un hotel económico y es como lo más cercano para visitar las zonas arqueológicas, principalmente Calakmul. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, con los servicios básicos, televisión por cable e internet, no esperen muchos lujos ni comodidades, realmente no las necesitan, sólo es para pasar la noche así que cumple su finalidad. Mi única recomendación es que las personas de recepción necesitan ser más activas, dar información, de lugares para comer o visitas a las zonas arqueológicas, realmente pueden explotar bastante eso por la ubicación que tienen, por ejemplo, cuando reservamos a través de una aplicación nos recomendaban contratar un guía y que cuando llegáramos al hotel podríamos hacerlo, sin embargo al llegar no tenían idea de lo que les hablábamos y a final de cuentas, no pudimos llevar guía.

Siempre me quedo aquí con mi familia y nunca habíamos tenido problema. En esta ocasión me quedé en una habitación de una cama y la regadera tenía pésima presión y empapó todo el piso del baño.
