I paid for the triple room, the AC wasn’t working properly so we moved to another room with poor AC eventually settling for a room with two double beds though I paid for the triple room, has two rooms and it sleeps 4. There was one receptionist who was insisting we had to pay for additional people. The room sleeps 4 and those rooms cost more because there’re larger and sleep more people. The reservations do not mention additional costs per person. We were going to be there for two weeks, that’s why I wanted the larger room but in the end I paid for the larger room and continued to be down graded with no refund or reimbursement of the difference.
