All around very clean! Bed and even pull out couch was very comfortable. I have no complaints at all. Would for sure stay again. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel it was excellent my kids had so much fun in the pool. The service in the pool was not that great the server was not so nice but everything else was good

Clean, delicious breakfast, convenient parking, there are restaurants, shopping malls nearby...

The hotel has two floors, the superior rooms are on the second floor, there is a free pool gym, free breakfast, excellent service, a gas station in front of the hotel, Korean food across the road, not far from Snooker Shopping Center. Convenient.

The location of the hotel is really convenient (I decided to choose after watching the comments of the netizens in front of me), the facilities are simple but there is still some. The breakfast supply is a bit ”simple”, plus the ”simple” reception at check-in, is the deficiency (a blemish!)

I have stayed here more than once, Gray Eagle Hotel is as good as ever, and the Chinese food and buffet are beyond expectations. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here!

The room is of moderate size, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the whirring sound of the wind is not easy to accept for sensitive people. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, but it can only be called a pool. It is also small, suitable for playing in the water and not like a racetrack. In addition, the location is right in the city center, not far from anywhere, suitable for people who like to check in, and those attractions are within 2-4km. However, this is a huge cemetery area. There is a big slope behind the east side of the hotel, and it is an industrial area. Across the road on the north side of the hotel is the cemetery area. I thought it was the only one, but who knew that the west side of this cemetery is also a public offering. There are five or six cemetery groups around this large area, and there is also a Chinese cemetery. The huge green grass area around the hotel is not a park, but a cemetery! Fortunately, the cemetery here is not so scary. It feels like a casual place like a park that you usually pass by, so it doesn’t produce too much gloomy feeling. As for the service, the front desk here is not like the beautiful girls in China. There are a few old men. A middle-aged white man looks good, but those old men are not so good. They are from the Middle East and their facial muscles don’t move much to show a smile. They give people a feeling of being gentle and indifferent, and they are not suitable for the service industry! The room service is ok, if it weren't for the sullen faces of the people serving at the front desk, the rest would be acceptable.

The price/performance ratio is high among Calgary city hotels. The location is a little far from the city center, but it is still convenient for self-driving travel. There is breakfast, a kitchenette, and the bed is very comfortable. Although the facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is still good, and the overall feeling is good.

Me and my wife stay here for one nighht for my Calgary half marathon. Staff are nice and friendly.. lots of restaurant around the area room is very cleen.. we can see the calgary tower from our window. Didnt see all the amenities of the hotel. Breakfast is until 10 am which is nice.. i finish my run early and still come bavk to the hotel for breakfast.
