Enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool. Room was great. Only issue was that our first room we got had a terrible smell of cigarettes which surprised me since the cleaning staff should of noticed it. We were given another room right away.
Breakfast was amazing. Seating ran out pretty quick...big line ups for the pancake machine so I wish they had 2.

Our stay is all worth it. Very good service, pleasant and very clean. Food are amazing. Management are very nice people specially cassey front desk. We will surely come back to this location. Thanks, highly recommended.

I was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.
Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.
When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.
Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. Many thanks for a great stay.

We were a tad alarmed when we first walked into the lobby as there was construction going on in both the lobby and breakfast area. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.

Honestly, I was amazed regarding our experienced. Everything is perfect.
I would just suggest to please have an available luggage cart specially for families to used.
Specially if the guest is looking for it and hopefully someone could have an initiative to find it.
