Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza Reviews

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

The decoration of an old 5-star hotel is full of age, but clean and refreshing.

The best service in terms of speed of response to any request, in addition to cleanliness and attention to services, as well as good reception, especially from Brother Mohab in the reception department. All employees are characterized by professionalism and sophistication in dealing. There is no doubt that the Four Seasons Nile Plaza is one of the best hotels in Cairo.

There is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor. The per capita is at usd100, which is great value for money.

The stay was very comfortable, the lobby was a very quiet place, and the environment was very suitable for conducting all job interviews. I am very grateful to all the staff at this hotel, especially Shaima and her dedication to her work.

The lobby was very welcoming and high end. Property was implacable. Food choices and room service was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. The room itself was big, comfortable with a nice view of river Nile.

Front desk upgraded my suite and that was nice. However, suite furniture should be upgraded, room dining and housekeeping should improve

Great stay. Staff very attentive, rooms are large and well equipped. Overall experience was excellent.

Staff was very attentive to all our needs. Very courteous staff. Airlines lost our bags so we had to wait two days to get the bags. The hotel gave us a duffel bag with all the essentials we would need while waiting for our luggage to arrive. Included toiletries, t shirt (different sizes), shorts , hat, socks, deodorant etc. Will definately stay here again.
