It was a great a hotel and the price is good too for a family of 4.

Good location near to station Good service, can earlier check in

Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was clean as expected. We have been staying here most of the time were in Sydney, and it's always great.

Excellent customer service

The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor. The sound of flushing the toilet next door can be heard clearly. The sound of opening and closing the bathroom next door was very clear. The shower head must be placed at an angle. Other angles will automatically slide down. The curtains were very laborious to open. Every time I filled the toilet, the sound from the toilet made me think I was filling the toilet with water.

The hotel is far from cbd. Can sit on the train About an hour or so. Lovely staff, good service, soft bed, most comfortable to sleep.

Room facilities are OK

No printed copy of room service menu available unless one had a smart phone using the room's reader symbol. I choose not to use nor have a smart phone. Reception clerk was helpful and ordered a meal for me. Maybe hotel chains should not just take it for granted that every customer arriving to stay uses a smart phone.

I couldn't believe this amazing 4 star hotel how well priced it was for accommodation Plus the food and beer are amazing and the staff are so professional and friendly. Definitely will be recommending it to my friends and will be going back if we ever need to stay in sydney again

Loved this property. Breakfast was fabulous, staff are friendly and lovely. Dinner was easy every night and drinks always available definitely stay here again
