The hotel is located in the center of the pedestrian street. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. It can help to park at a parking location 100 meters away. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will recommend food. The breakfast is very rich. Very good value for money

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

Rooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.
