It's only a short walk from the main attractions and there are limited places to eat. However, there is a shopping mall opposite. The room was clean. There are open and closed car parks. We stayed 4 nights and extended by 1 night. We are generally satisfied.

Hi, I am Menekşe ABANOZ, a local agent in Samsun, and we prefered the Euro Park hotel at a student trip. Lady Cansu, director of agencies, has taken care of us enough and the rooms have been made without waiting for our group to get in the hotel, although we arrived late. We have made a dinner open to the buffet and a delicious breakfast. We left the kitchen team with 5* and great pleasure. Thanks to the team in the Cansu dam and corner as tourist from @ holiday.

The room is relatively large, it is recommended to choose the south room, the view is very open. Beds and towels are very clean, and the cabinets for clothes are large enough. Conveniently located, the hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Carrefour and has a four-leaf ATM that can take RMB. The hotel goes left and then turns left to have a large green park. The hotel goes out first and then turns right and there is a big shopping mall.

The hotel was built in 1849 by French and then used as a train station. So when you go into the hotel you can feel the history and come face to face with the perfect see view. I really love it. Because of the pandamic situation, I was worried if the hotel would be clean or not. No worries. Everyone wears masks and when you go into the room you can smell the cleanness. You can use the disinfectant at lots of spots. Breakfast is served by the waiter. It is not open buffet because of covid 19. Our waiter Mustafa was so kind. People in Mudanya and Tirilye are so nice and helpfull people. I am leaving with nice memories.

That was the worst 5 stars hotel I have ever stayed.Reception check-in,new year gala dinner organisation full mess and very bad organization.After fight they booked a table for our families,which of course when we went for the dinner was already given to another people.After all day skiing at 17 o’clock they asked if we want room cleaning…..all day free room to clean,but they asked exactly when we back from the slopes if we want to be clean and change the towels-absolutely unacceptable for 5 stars hotel.Rooms-nothing special,bad service,bad staff communication,for the spa they give robes only to VIP rooms.After all this when we checked out and we’re already on our way back they called to say that we didn’t pay one bill,which of course we never order.They called few times and even handle the phone when we explained that we never made that order… So in the end they charge you like a “5 stars” hotel,but they serve you not more than a 2 stars one. Don’t go!!!
