Service is great. Location is very nice. The pool is very warm . However, some of the towel are dirty .

The facility is a bit old, but the room is comfy. You had everything you need, and it is very close to the airport. the reception is really good, and the shuttle bus makes the transition very easy. If you are just staying in SanFrans for a short transition, you wouldn't go wrong to stay here.

We went for a weekend trip. We always like staying here because it is in a good location and it is close to the stuff we do in sf. Would stay here again

Staying overnight for flight next day out of SFO. Made trip so easy. Park and Fly lot was right next door. Great location.

Good customer service and clean hotel. Will be good to have hot water boiler though there is coffee machine in the room.

Very comfortable room Only problem was there are little bugs crawling all over the coffee shelf

front desk is horrible. when Check in, she just dare on the computer for 5 minutes without saying one word . same as check out, zero response and reactions. I thought this is a motel.

GOOD LOCATION

The room was OK, clean and hygienic. I booked a room with breakfast included, but the breakfast was free, but the tipping was not free, which was also quite strange. To be honest, there was no service. In addition, the hotel restaurant opened late, which was good for passengers on night flights, but the food was really unsatisfactory. The parking fee was 20 per night, which was not expensive. The surrounding environment was OK, you can get up early and walk on the beach, but it was inconvenient to eat. For catching a flight or self-driving tour, this hotel is still OK.

Except for the high price, there is nothing wrong with it. Parking is 20 yuan. There is a bus to the airport. The driver is responsible for helping with luggage. The service is good. The hotel breakfast is also OK
