Bunbury Motel and Apartments

Very good value for money hotel. We didn't actually play in Bunbury because we couldn't find a good value for money hotel in Busselton. We chose to stay here for one night. The fact proved that the decision was correct. Comfortable to recommend to the friends who take the southern line

I was very disappointed with the hotel it was very shabby. The shower hot/cold water wasn’t able to be adjusted it was either really hot or cold not impressed. The room was next door to the housekeepers office and I could hear the phone ringing from 5.30am not impressed. Having said that the location was excellent easy to get to places on foot/car. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Discovery Parks - Bunbury Foreshore

I stayed here twice this week, once for a work trip and then with family. Both times I rented a cabin with 2 bedrooms. They are well priced for the current environment, although more expensive than I’d generally expect for a cabin. Cleanliness is second to none inside the cabins and everywhere else. Gardens are immaculate as is the pool, reception area and all the roads. Kids can’t possibly get bored with a games room, bouncy pillow, swimming pool, pump track, water park, massive playgrounds and even go-karts for hire. The staff were all super amazing and friendly. They really make you feel welcome and helped with any requests we had. There is a lot to do nearby as well with the beach across the road, skate park 100m away, heaps of cafes and bars within walking distance. This really is the ideal place for a family holiday. One note though, and it isn’t the fault of the park but does need mentioning. The Corella birds are relentless. From Sunrise till the time you go out for the day….. screeching screaming and squawking pests. We could not focus on a book or a conversation. The kids hated it too and woke up too early each day. Then it’s starts again at sunset. These are a problem in many areas of WA now but I’ve not experienced it quite this bad before. Apparently the City of Bunbury is trying to tame the situation but it seems they’ve a long way to go.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with noise from the occupants upstairs. We informed Reception and they handled the situation very promptly. They also very kindly offered us a goodwill gesture which was very much appreciated. The room was nice, big and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was good. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Quest Bunbury has a very accessible bathroom with lots of space in the living area. very unusual to have 2 apartments. with wheelchair accessible bathrooms, this is a plus as my identical twin and I both have a disability. and usually, can't find accommodation. that allows.to remain independent. as much as possible with our support team

I've never had such shockingly neglectful service at any hotel restaurant. Anywhere in the world. The Reception and room service were great. But the level of service at the Dining Room was definitely NOT. Don't eat there. And, also, their $24 buffet breakfast is available for many outlets, just two blocks away, from about $10.00. Not a 'buffet', but a breakfast. A post on that is following. When I arrived at the Lighthouse Restaurant, named 'Basalt', I was promptly served with iced water and wine, when I served my order. But after 50 minutes, I cancelled my order and left. This kind of treatment is TOTALLY unacceptable. The Hotel charges an additional $6 for each 'room order'. In this enormous restaurant, there were just one couple at a table on the other side of the room. And a bloke behind me (who, as it happened, sent his first meal back). Shame on you, so-called 'Quality' hotel.
