Great hotel overall. Rooms are comfortable, water pressure is good. Enjoyed the food at Lemon3. Definitely recommended.

Had a pleasant stay. Clean spacious room. 2 queen-sized comfy beds and double pillows which was very good and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (below 10). Toilet is clean and water pressure is very good. Reception was very kind to allow us early check-in as the room was available. Buffet breakfast, though being the usual spread, it was very tasty and nice. Croissant and choc roll pastry was excellent! Underground parking is aplenty. Negative : - The road to the hotel has potholes due to the renovation nearby, drive carefully - Room sound insulation is poor - Swimming pool can be overcrowded due to sharing with the residential apartments - Initially the shower water outlet was clogged causing the water to flow out to the room. But the maintenance sorted it out immediately - The toilet door can be quite dangerous, it came out once from the railing. Guests need to be careful to open and shut the toilet door gently. Hope the Hotel can look into this aspect for safety. - None of the telephony services from room to call the reception or housekeeping worked. No one picks up!! Had to look for housekeeping staff at the same level to escalate some of the issues faced. Thank you to staff Masud who was very helpful. - Our room being at 2nd floor had limited views.

hospitality and service provided for a 4star hotel needs to be improved. They charge RM6 for additional water bottle request to the room?? rooms are not sound proof, very noisy can hear rooms beside talking

Room is clean. Aircone hot water all good fuction. 2 queen bed is good enough for 4 of us. Just the road is Condition is not good. Expecially at night have to more carefully.. room sound proof not good.But overall is still good

amaaaaaazing hotel that is beyond my expectations! For the price that you pay this hotel provides good service, amazing amenities and gives off modern vibes. Parking was easy too. Will definitely repeat my stay here.

This is my second time stay here. I like this hotel in term of clean, big room, nice view, food varities during breakfast, and good staff. Recommended to stay. the price is also affordable. Only the road from main road is not ok because of construction.

Our flight was cancelled and we were forced to stay back in Genting for another two days. We wanted a place near a natural forest where we could enjoy some quiet moments and a view of the green. We spotted Scapes Hotel on Trip.com and what caught our eyes was the view of the thick forest outside one of the hotel room windows in the advertisement photo (see attached). Unfortunately upon checking in, we were very disappointed the moment we opened the window curtains. Our room was just next to a busy construction site (see photo enclosed) despite our request to have a "mountain view" both in Trip.com and at the front desk. We immediately went to the front counter to ask for a change of room. The manager told us there is no more forest surrounding the hotel due to the heavy development around that area. The hotel will eventually be surrounded by concrete buildings once all the construction projects there are completed. Actually the road leading to this hotel is bumpy and rough, due to the construction activities in this area. For guests who don't drive, it is quite inconvenient as the hotel is not near to town central. To be fair, we must give credit to the cleanliness of the hotel. The management has taken great efforts in upkeeping the building and the facilities in it. The staff are friendly and helpful especially those at the restaurant and housekeeping. For guests who don't mind the view, this hotel is a great choice. But if you are attracted by the advertisement photo thinking that you will be staying next to a green forest, you will be disappointed. Trip.com and the hotel management should update their room photograph in order not to mislead their guests and lead to disappointment and bad review.

A nice place to stay. Location wise is slight far from Sky World Genting but with a vehicle this is not a problem at all. Comfortable and very relaxing. Buffet breakfast was awesome too with so many choice and very delicious. Service staff was good too. My room door was spoilt but they quickly attended to it after I raised the issue to them. I also like that there is a sofa in the room. I would definitely come back again if I come to Genting Highland next time. Recommended!
