Nice hotel is central location. Staff well trained and seemed to truely want to make your stay a positive one. As an example, we needed taxi service several times and always could count on getting one exactly as needed. A few issues: -You can only regulate the cooling by up to 3 degrees, likely reasonable most days but we experienced one of the hottest days in Budapest's history this past week. A hot day/evening with the heavy comforters on all beds does not make for a good night's sleep. -The shower is raised by about 4 inches over the bathroom floor so anyone with a troublesome back, will have an issue stepping down from the slippery shower. -The breakfast was OK, not up to the standards that Kempinsky publicizes is their goal.

However, I returned to the hotel on the first night and found that the room had not been cleaned. Hyatt Hotel, a super beautiful and new hotel, was a little worried to see no comments at first, because the hotel was 19 years old, and I did n’t meet a Chinese when I went there, but I was very happy when I arrived, especially the lobby, which is too beautiful Come on! But the breakfast was expensive so I didn't buy it and I ate around. The fourth one is about 500 meters away from the hotel. It snowed on the last day so I ate at the hotel. I ordered some without breakfast buffet and the price was ok. Everyone has a very good attitude and must be rated 5 points.

A family of three booked a suite. The rooms are spacious and have a great view, which is second to none among Budapest river view hotels. In time for the World Championships and Hungary’s National Day, the price on the night of the National Day celebration is very high, but it is still worth the money to take pictures of the National Day fireworks show on the terrace and create beautiful memories. The breakfast is rich and of good quality among European and American hotels. The executive lounge has a rich variety of dishes, exquisite dishes, and a variety of drinks such as Tokaji sweet white wine from the world's three largest noble rot wine producing areas, which reflects the quality of Marriott Hotels. I stayed for 6 days before and after, and I am very satisfied overall. If I go to Budapest next time, the Marriott Hotel on the Danube is still the first choice. Thanks

The staff always greeting me when seeing me at reception, which really made me feel welcome by giving me the V.I.P treatment. As for the two bedroom penthouse apartment, I was really impressed from the modern interior to how spacious the apartment was, as I originally booked for a studio room. I was allocated on the 8th floor which was the highest floor in the building. I had a balcony upstairs in my bedroom and downstairs in the living room where I can enjoy the morning views each day. The bathrooms in both rooms had nice aesthetics and was very spacious. You literally all the apartments amenities you may need from a washing machine to fridge to a stove and oven. For the spa absolutely amazing. It had a igloo concept of a design which was different but I loved it. Throughout the spa complex you can feel your presence noticed as I was greeted by every staff. The spa is situated on the other side of the hotel which is connected to their sister brand hotel Anantara New York Palace Budapest. Positives: Within the city centre, modern design, good amenities, great customer service. They have everything you may need for both business and leisure. Negatives: No smart TV, breakfast isn’t really spoilt for choice but it’s okay. Recommend going once and going elsewhere for the other days, such as the new york cafe which is next door or cafe ciruksz if you want a full English type breakfast. Thank You NH Collection - Budapest City Center for having me and your service was impeccable. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Wonderful shower! The wifi was not working in our room the whole time. I told the receptionist about it and she said she would send in maintenance. Still never worked. But we were only there to basically sleep at night so I didn’t mention it again. We were also told by the man who checked us in that there was no luggage storage and we would have to pay to store our luggage somewhere else the day we checked out. So that stressed us out the whole time. Only to find out at check out that they DO HAVE LUGGAGE STORAGE!!! But by then I had wasted about an hour online trying to figure out where to store our luggage. So that was buggy. So I guess 4 stars. But close to 5!! Just because the location can’t be beat!!

This is the 6th time coming to Budapest. There is no doubt that this is the most cost-effective serviced apartment. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the transportation is very convenient. The E100 at the airport gate leads directly to the Deak Fenere Ter at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is the intersection of three subway stations. It is convenient to go everywhere, and it is also very close to Wazi Street and the Danube. Around the hotel you can eat, drink and have fun. This time we booked a room with an area of nearly 40 square meters. The kitchen can cook by itself, and there are pots and pans inside. Last summer, I lived in a room in the same apartment managed by another management company, but the price is more than 30% expensive. I strongly recommend this hotel apartment to those who are looking for cost performance.

Because I couldn't make a payment on booking, I booked this on Ctrip. The hotel was recommended by a friend. The old hotel equipment in 1937 was too old. I was speechless when I went in and was told by the front desk. The front desk said that there is no The vacancy is available. The next day, I can help solve the toilet. If I can't solve it, I will change the room. The result will not be ok. The door of the key bathroom can't be closed. The double bed is actually a combination of two single beds. It is not convenient to go out. Because the hotel is a fan-shaped, the front desk is on the left, the room I live in is on the 1st floor on the right. Every day, I have to go to the 3rd floor and go down to the front desk to go out to the front desk. I don’t want to live in this hotel anymore. The trip to Europe is the worst. Hotel

We loved this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we had booked for longer. The hotel is set back in a square and not immediately visible from the road but no difficulty in finding it. We stayed in room 701. The beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious. No noise from outside or inside the hotel was heard which enabled a great sleep. We had a coffee machine in our room but it had no instructions and we had no idea how to use it but there is a coffee machine at reception available all the time which supplies delicious coffee. The buffet breakfast was more than we could ask for with fabulous scrambled eggs! We had a late flight but the hotel supplies lockers for luggage free of charge so we were able to make the most of our last day. All members of staff were helpful and friendly and our housemaid was lovely. This hotel is in a lovely area for exploring and very central. We would definitely return!

We loved our 5 night stay here, we opted for a 1 bedroom apartment. We were amazed at how big, clean and well equipped the apartment was (there were even a couple of laundry pods to do washing if you wished). The staff at reception were really welcoming and happy to help giving great advice. Location is fantastic as close to all the main sights with the metro, tram and bus stops at the top of the road. Close to some brilliant restaurants like Mozel Tof, Ghetto Goulash and Pork and Prezli (make sure you book) Really handy that the direct airport bus stop is just a 5 minute walk too. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if coming to Budapest.

The location is perfect (2 mins walk from Deak Ferenc terminal where the 100E airport bus terminates and central to all of the major sights. Staff at the hotel are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and when we had what was a minor fuse box problem in our room, it was resolved within 5mins and with no complaint or prompting from us, a bottle of bubbly was nonetheless delivered to our room as an apology for the inconvenience. What a great touch. Standard rooms are very small, but if you upgrade to a Superior Room, they are modern, spacious & comfortable with a large bed, a spacious lounge area and a nice bathroom. Breakfast is very good too. One criticism I have is the lack of in-room tea/coffee making facilities, which seems strange given rooms do have a fridge. However, reception arranged for a kettle in our room, so problem solved! Another criticism is the position of the TV, which is fine if you're watching on the sofa, but difficult to see from the bed. One final criticism is no drawer space at all.b Bedside cabinets have no drawers and clothes storage is open plan. However, there is free security safe for valuables. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend The Roombach and we would definitely stay here again.

The airport shuttle bus 100E drops only a few minutes walk away from the hostel. (30mins travel) Very useful. There is a socket and reading light next to each bed and I had a change of bedding on my second day. I feel that this is due to there being no bed bookings and you choose your own, so they don't know which bed is still in use. There's a danger you may lose your bed if you don't leave things on it. There was a shared bathroom with a toilet in it and a locker provided in the room too. I brought my own towel as this was not provided. There is shower gel provided in the shower. A really central hostel, though they're is a hub of bars directly opposite, so they're is a lot of noise until very late which means I had disrupted sleep both nights. Plenty of takeaway places close for quick bites to eat and lots of café spots close too. This hostel is also very close to get to the main sights and starts of walking tours also if you'd be doing this too.
