The hotel staff that helped us to check in was not friendly in his way of speaking. We asked if there is any chance of free upgrade since we are staying for a few nights to celebrate birthday and honeymoon but we ended up getting the first-floor room with a view into pebbles (very ugly).
However, the room itself was clean. Hotel lobby smells good. Room service was quick too.

We know the hotel for a long time. In the gym no AC. my wife went in the gym to practice and all sweat of the previous people on the equipment. Smokers smell in the gym. Cleaning of the room is below standards and even one day they forgot to clean the room. Never go back again

The hotel is located in a good place but I would like to point out that the refrigerator did not work from the first day I asked for it to be replaced and in the end unfortunately after 4 requests they replaced the refrigerator that did not work just the night before we left, in addition there was no air conditioner with cooling in the room they told me at the reception that it is because it is always cold there and that is not true My wife and I suffocated from the heat that was there, in addition the window was also locked with a key and there was no way to open it at all. The room is decent. Toilet and shower are relatively small. Other than that, it was great.
