Budapest is I'm definitely going to see the night view. There are several hotels to choose from to enjoy the view of the National Assembly building. No, this one had the best location. When I made the reservation, I was worried about what would happen if the facilities were not good. When I went there, I was surprised that it was much cleaner than I expected. Next time I go to Budapest again I will definitely visit again The river view is amazing

The room is a nice size but very dated,the corridors and overall decor is all very drab . The aircon is set to a fixed minimum temperature and the room was boiling and too hot for me. The hotel location is fine if you want to be in the quiet part but for us we found that everything we wanted to see or do was a 50 minute walk away so if you want to be in amongst the busy part you need to be on the other side of the river. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. We went down half an hour before it finished and there was basically cereal but no milk, no plates, one piece of bread, a fruit salad which had turned brown as it had been out for so long and a tray with a few cuts of meat on it. We didn't eat anything and there were no staff present to ask if we could order anything either so that is a total waste of money and should be sorted out as i don't think there can be anyone who would find that an enjoyable experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend or stay again.

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

The lobby is just fabulous and the Cafe de Paris, which is attached to, but not owned by (as I understand it) the hotel is totally amazing. Wonderful marble lobby, friendly and very efficient front desk/concierge staff and the rooms are good, but not exceptional. For sightseeing the location is not the best - there are no good restaurants around and about and the food on the hotel’s balcony overlooking the Cafe de Paris is boring and very expensive - as is the wine, and drinks in the lobby. We would recommend the hotel highly to friends but point out that the location is not the best for sightseeing - that said there is a Hop on, Hop off bus stop right outside the door.

The Clark Hotel is located at Buda, which's very close to the cable car station of the Castle. It's also approachable for other sightseeing places in Buda. However, there's maintenance work nearby, so that the view from the room is not perfect. The check-in process is quite fast and efficient. Overall, the staff are friendly, except few cleaners who seem to be very cool and ignorant. I like the design of the Hotel which's very modern and posh. My room is on the 7th floor where there's a big balcony. If you have friends coming in the evening, all of you could enjoy the stunning night view of the City. The room is quite spacious that you have enough space for enjoying. Indeed, there're many other hotels choices for you to decide, although the Clark is obviously an ideal one.

Nice hotel is central location. Staff well trained and seemed to truely want to make your stay a positive one. As an example, we needed taxi service several times and always could count on getting one exactly as needed. A few issues: -You can only regulate the cooling by up to 3 degrees, likely reasonable most days but we experienced one of the hottest days in Budapest's history this past week. A hot day/evening with the heavy comforters on all beds does not make for a good night's sleep. -The shower is raised by about 4 inches over the bathroom floor so anyone with a troublesome back, will have an issue stepping down from the slippery shower. -The breakfast was OK, not up to the standards that Kempinsky publicizes is their goal.

Hotel location is good, downtown. The hotel has a long history and opened in 1856. The whole hotel has a strong culture and is similar to the Peace Hotel in Shanghai. Hotel prices are moderate and cost effective. Walk about 15 minutes from the Danube. It is convenient to shop around and there are many supermarkets. The breakfast is very plentiful and suitable for bringing children together. The hotel has a swimming pool spa. The room can accommodate an extra bed. Very satisfied!
