Find another hotel. I stayed here six nights, and didn't get a single night's restful sleep. The people one floor up were stomping around on the floor and slamming doors until after 10:30 every night, and started again every morning at 5:30. Calls to the front desk accomplished nothing. One of the noisiest hotels I have ever been in. Room was only cleaned upon checkout. Grab-N-Go (paper sack) breakfasts instead of hot breakfast as advertised due to COVID., then they ran out of the cheap food.

Great place to stay either for holiday or business. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choices and organic locally sourced food. Rooms are good size, bed is comfy. I appreciate the cosmetics line they used, they are good quality and light scented. The place is well connected being close to buss and train station.

Cabinn Metro is located 6 minutes from CPH airport by car. Really simple to get to from the highway. The staff was very friendly and answered all my inquires. I booked a bunkbed room as I was in a budget. The one thing I could have done without is the size of the bathroom. Traditionally it’s fine but the bathroom is already small but the whole bath cabin is also your shower. Makes it difficult to get ready as you’ll have to squeegee the floor prior to continuing your preparation flow. Otherwise the room was great! I would reccomend and likely stay there again on any future trips to CPH and Malmö (30-40 min by car).

Booked Coco hotel on a sort of a rush for New Year and by a recommendation from a friend. When I checked the reviews later on was a bit hesitant about my decision, complaints about cleaness, noise, service. In my case I found all the opposite. First great surprise: I had to make an ammendment on my booking and Coco hotel staff was accomodating. Service and communication: Before my arrival, I made few inquiries by email to Coco Hotel. I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information. Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed. Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile. Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.

The location is very convenient. You can walk to the Central Railway Station. The lobby is elegantly decorated and warm. The room is clean and comfortable, with a bathtub, and the breakfast is rich and delicious The hotel provides a service of exchanging small gifts without cleaning. We changed to the bar for drinks and skin care products, which was great. We will come again if we have the opportunity.

Very clean, the hotel is large and the room size is OK. The breakfast is very rich and the hotel staff is very welcoming. There are laundry facilities. The front desk is off to work until 9 pm. It is about 1 hour drive from the city center to do public transportation. To transfer once. The bus is straight away at the hotel entrance 300-400 meters. There is also a chance to see a large rabbit outdoors when I come back at night. Super cute.

Honestly, fastest check-in and check-out I've ever experienced in my life. They let you do both independently. Also, I loved the sustainable practices. No needless room cleanings unless you specifically request one. No unnecessary towel changes. No disposable one-time use amenities. Bed was really comfortable and location was great.

The best Hostel we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the central station, the interior and the atmosphere is great, the staff is very kind and helpful. Many facilities to take advantage of, they offer rent a bike, the breakfast and lunch are excellent for the price!

Western breakfast, rich in variety and delicious. The location is a little far from the city, but the environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is a bit small. There are a lot of parking spaces in the parking lot, and the price is reasonable and cost-effective.

The location is brilliant the rooms are small but you pay for what you get but overall it was great very close to town perhaps a 15min walk and 8min cycling if you wanted to they also hire some there, didn’t speak to staff much as we was out all the time but when did they were all polite and helpful
