Very, very good hotel, the new decoration has a sense of design, the hotel restaurant is delicious 😋 and the boss is very handsome and very kind to the Chinese. He offered to provide a hot water bottle and slippers for washing

I have been at the Loewenhof every year once or twice, since 1993 (for 30 years). Have seen the upgrades, improvements in the physical installation, modernization of the rooms and services (pool, massage facilities) and dining.
This time was my first time at the Loewenhof after the COVID19 issues. Personnel has changed, even the chef. The food quality has decreased. They used to have the best pizza in the area, but this time, it s different, lower quality. And the personnel is also new. Just checking in, I asked for 2 more days of staying, leaving the 3rd of December versus 1st of December. It was confirmed by the reception. But on the 1st of December, it appeared as not submitted and I was locked out. So, I had to extend the stay on the 1st, but after a while I got it at a completely different price (higher) and no excuses.
And breakfast has old breads, hard breads versus our experience was to get fresh bread from the day: soft and even warm.
After 30 years always using this hotel, I'm evaluating other options for my next trip in Spring'24. We were feeling like at home during 29 years, but this time it was different.

Didn’t stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant. Definitely felt the maitre d was not struck on English people! Couldn’t be bothered to serve us and when he did he was surly bordering on rude. The food was ok but honestly I recommend you avoid this place if you’re English!

Second: You are so stupid as to order an ice cream that they only bought from a pastry chef. Third: The staff doesn't seem to enjoy their job and is unfriendly Fourth: They hand you an ice cream cone on a cheap cono. And then there's the height: the ice cream is as small as a strawberry and it just costs €1.70. It's simply not worth it.

€500 for youth hostels Charme??? (2 nights - not 5). Value for money does not fit at all! When booking, please pay attention to the new building that is advertised in the brochure! That seems great. Housed in the old Albergo, I felt as if I had to help finance the new building by staying in the morbid charm of the old building. Breakfast is good so far, I'm used to 4**** houses and sometimes even better ones. The staff is mostly not particularly friendly to unfriendly. management style? none. The owner didn't show up at all. Also unreliable. After asking 3 times we finally got the missed things in the room. The wellness area was then the kill. Come down, dirt in the pool and of 3 showers only worked 1. All foot showers were broken, the tiles were crumbling everywhere. Artificial greenery on the ceiling 🤔 All in all unfortunately very disappointing or only acceptable at a different price model!

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole al Lowenhof: struttura curata, camera ampia e moderna, molto bella, finemente arredata con mobilio in legno. Ottima la colazione. Menzione per il rapporto qualità prezzo che definirei eccezionale, considerata la zona. Struttura decisamente consigliata!

Sono stata da sola in questo hotel per due notti.. posizione molto facile da trovare e vicina a tutto. Hotel molto curato e moderno. Camera stupenda.. pulizia, arredamento..top.il letto... pazzesco!un abbraccio che ti avvolge per tutta la notte. Ho avuto la sfortuna di alloggiare nel periodo in cui il ristorante e il bar erano in periodo di riposo quindi chiusi. Colazione cmq ben organizzata..personale molto gentile e disponibile . molto importante la flessibilità del check in e check out.. super consigliato. Grazie lowenhoff

Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. L'hotel è curato e il personale gentile. La colazione internazionale è ottima e il ristorante offre un menu con una buona qualità prezzo. La SPA è nella media di altri posti già visitati. Posizione ottima per visitare Bressanone e anche Vipiteno. Metterei cinque stelle se non fosse per una nota dolente non trascurabile: la camera con annesso bagno. Davvero piccola e il bagno senza senso, ovvero ci sono sanitari che sono inutilizzabili per gli spazi a dir poco angusti, appunto.
